Great location for T5 departures, clean and the room was nice. Couldn’t of wanted much more really especially for an airport hotel. Underground parking, great facilities.

Unfortunately, the manager Jacek was very unpleasant (body language) and my mother and I were taken aback when we were checking in. (I am half black) This unfortunately overshadowed our whole experience and ruined our impression of the hotel leaving us with a bad taste in our mouths for weeks to come. The other staff were very friendly and pleasant but before even opening my mouth the way Jacek gestured and looked at me was very uncomfortable and I felt as if I didn’t belong there. I’m not one to write a negative comment at all unless I feel it’s just but this did not sit well with me, or my mother at all. It’s 2024 guys, do better and don’t judge paying guests.

Close to Heathrow, room was clean and comfortable, and very quiet despite the location. Also convenient for car rental, which was located nearby the hotel.

Breakfast was limited for people with food allergies. The airport hopper bus was also difficult to locate and only came every hour at the time we arrived, so had to get a cab to the location eventually instead.

Loved the room , very comfortable and spacious, bathroom was also fabulous . Would always stay there next time we fly out of Heathrow . Can’t rate the breakfast we had to leave at 5am for our New York flight

We book this hotel because of its vicinity to the Heathrow airport. There’s a strike at tube so we didn’t want to take the chance before we embark on our trip to Asia. Most of the staff are unhelpful except one called Juna, who came to our help when we are very desperate.

The shower clogged and water flooded everywhere. We called the operator but nobody picked up the phone. Finally someone answered and promised to send someone to take a look. However, we have waited for 15 minutes without anyone coming.
