Location was great, room size was good.

The sheets were stained and very very old. We stayed for 4 days and they had made up our room only once during the whole stay. Despite requesting for water and to clean our room, they did not provide us with water nor cleaned our room.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable.

Toilet spray was very hard, toilet fittings needs to be reviewed. Rest all ok.

I didn't like pool it was so chlorine our dress got bleached

The security service was the worst!!! No proper guidance given for parking or where to park. Complaint already given to GM related to the security! Had to wait 1 hour even after check in started as the hotel staff informed the rooms are being cleaned even after check in started. The pipeworks in the bathroom wasn’t working as expected,no maintenance had been done regarding the bathroom fittings. The pipe sets were very old and where’nt working properly.No proper Maintenance had been done in the bathroom!! Frequent power cuts faced during stay! AC was’nt working properly. Overall a worst experience ever!
