Mim’s Place Clean, Close and Convenient Apartment "On the Hill" in Saugatuck
Spacieux appartement ouvert est idéalement situé à quelques minutes à pied des activités du centre-ville dans un quartier résidentiel calme, "Sur la colline". L'appartement est en haut d'un escalier parmi les arbres. Un parking hors rue est fourni. De nombreux équipements fournis, y compris presque tous les articles de cuisine dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, grill électrique, laveuse et sécheuse, WIFI, TV, lecteur DVD et une sélection de DVD. Les ventilateurs centraux d'air et de plafond font pour un refuge très confortable par temps chaud. La terrasse extérieure est agréable pour les soirées confortables en profitant du barbecue électrique et des meubles de patio.

Exactly what we love about staying local instead of at a hotel. Close to everything in Saugatuck, but feels slightly tucked away. Artistic touches, while still perfectly minimal decoration. Clean. Host was great. Would recommend for two guests.

We had a great stay! The 1 bed apartment over a detached garage was perfect. The place was clean and within walking distant to shops and restaurants. Aaron was informative about amenities and kept us up to speed on check in times. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Aaron

The property is excellent. Layout is spacious and comfortable. Full compliment of amenities. The location is quiet and secure and a short walk or drive to the waterfront and shopping district of Saugatuck. The host is responsive and the owners live next door which we consider a plus. This property is very highly recommended and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

My mom and I came up to Saugatuck for a girls weekend and this place was perfect! We walked everywhere from the house. We really appreciated the late checkout on Sunday so we could enjoy more time there.

Mim’s place apartment is the ideal rental for a couple looking to enjoy Saugatuck. Very well kept, easy walk to downtown, but away from the noise when it’s time to relax. We definitely plan to stay here again on any future visits to the area.

Nestled in the midst of a hilltop Saugetuk neighborhood was the immaculately landscaped Mimi’s. It was a peaceful, quiet and comfortable one bedroom apartment with all amenities as described and pictured. We give it a AAA rating and would not hesitate to book again.

My boyfriend and I travel to Saugatuck every October for the beautiful scenery and to enjoy our favorite area. Mims Place was amazing and just beautiful- and the street was so quiet. We never heard another car! We walked to town every day and enjoyed the neighborhood. We had tea on the deck amongst the trees and relaxed for our long weekend. We definitely want to visit Mims Place again!

Walking distance to Saugatuck shopping and dining. Located on a nice quiet street with porch that is beautifully shaded by mature trees. Sitting on the porch was such a serene experience. The place was well maintained, cozy and comfortable. We will definitely b stay here again. Owners were very responsive as well.

Best part is the full size W/D so you don't go home with a suitcase full of dirty laundry. Only wish is a Queen size bed instead of the Full Size. Great place and would book again in a heartbeat.

My partner and I spent Thanksgiving at this property this year. It was a great place, spacious and clean with everything you needed. It was a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown. We really enjoyed the quiet beautiful neighborhood nestled conveniently in a well kept portion of the village. We appreciated the personal touches including original artwork in a clean and open space. We would definitely stay there again.

This property is very nice. It is quiet since it is off the main streets. It is walking distance to the river, lakes, and downtown. The apartment has everything you need and is quite charming. I recommend this place, and my wife and I will stay here again.

Fantastic Stay! Generous sized apartment above a 3 car garage... with full sized kitchen, full bath, large living room, great second floor deck. Literally 1.5 blocks to the tourist area (chain ferry, restaurants, coffee, shopping), but away from the crowds. Great neighborhood for walking. Host could not be better!

The home was exceptionally clean with all the amenities. It was an a short easy walk into downtown Saugatuck. There was easy off street parking. Getting in and out was a breeze.
