Nice bed, extremely good location.

We only stayed for one night and I booked the hotel specifically because it said in the facilities that it had a gym and laundry services. When we got to the hotel we found out the gym was under construction and not available and the laundry service could only be ordered to get the clothes back at the evening of the next day.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; they made the stay very easy and pleasant. The location was right next to the RT station, so it's easy to get to and easy to venture out to explore the city. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby.

The hotel was quite run down, many of the fixtures and fittings were broken or not working properly. The fitness centre was quite outdated and some of the equipment was really dated. The breakfast was fine, but would have liked to try a local option rather an than just the 'American', which was OK but slightly overpriced.

The staff was nice.

I'd like to start by highlighting the positive aspect of the friendly, professional, and helpful staff. However, there are several concerns to address. Notably, my evaluation is based on a room rate exceeding 100 € per night. Had it been priced at 40 € per night, my review would have been more favorable. The hotel's value for the price paid is disappointing. The gym suffers from inadequate equipment, much of which is old or malfunctioning. The overall condition of corridors and rooms is deteriorated. Despite daily cleaning efforts, the aged furniture, stubborn stains, and worn carpet persist. The room's curtains are visibly soiled, and an unpleasant odor lingers. Additionally, the shower takes an extended period to produce hot water. While I could elaborate further, it's worth reiterating that the staff is commendable, and bathroom cleanliness is excellent. Sheets and towels were promptly replaced upon request. Nonetheless, urgent renovations are necessary. Regrettably, the price does not align with the overall experience.

Bath room and hot water is GREAT! Others are OK.

Air Conditions was not cool enough, but reception rent us a fan next day and it was OK with it.

Accessible and very convenient also walking distance in Taipei 101.
