The inside of the house is OK but the outside needs a maintenance the game room he needs maintenance other than that I think it’s nice nice location to

The location was perfect for access to the beach. The pool on the property was great. The kitchen had been opened up and renovated. The living area was expasive and easily accomodated our whole family.

There was not an information sheet with a number for us to call if we needed anything while we were there.

We loved all being together and enjoying the house. The beds were great and the kitchen and downstairs rec room. Location and parking were good as well. Mom had a wonderful 100th birthday party and we have lots of pics to prove it! Dishes and appliances were abundant and we used just about everything at least once.

The website did not accurately describe the ammenities - number of bathrooms, beds and stairs although I did get an email about the amount of stairs and concern for our mother navigating them. That was right, they were numerous but we were careful. The banister was unsecured however and it took us 4 days for someone to come out and repair that - that was DANGEROUS as it was right off the dining room. We asked for fuel for the grill that never came so I would respond that our concerns after arriving were never addressed. Many of the lamps were without bulbs of if there were bulbs, they were out - so that was a pain. It felt like you had us there and our payment so no one was really concerned about our concerns or that we would book again. That's a shame - where has service been in our country lately?
