Nice location walking distance to the train station

The toilet drainage problem, everytime shower the water got stuck and not passes through...

The host is friendly and welcoming. The location was quite ok, but should mention there’s bus available to the metro station.

My expectation was like the photos

No breakfast provided. There is nothing we like about our apartment apart from having 2 separated bed rooms !

The Lavender Duplex Apartment is dirty and the bathroom is small and smelly (because there is no window to allow fresh air in). There were mosquitoes and the bed linens were not clean so much so that there were fleas in them and we all got bitten badly ! The block where we stayed in area 8 does not seemed to have been completed and is right at the end of the slip road far away from the main road and Cheom Loong Park, at least 30 minutes walk out to the main road.The price also 40-50% higher as compared other similar apartments that are much better with a fridge and washing machine; totally not worth it !. As there is no reception desk on the ground floor Our host Ms. Helen will take more than half a day to reply (only through Wechat) to your problems, some times without any reply. We regret staying there for 2 nights.
