the reception was impolite and unable to speak English even for yes/no simple questions.

it was clean
- As we extended our stay 3 times, we paid the fee in 3 parts. But when checking out, the reception wanted to rip us off for what we have paid, once again!!!
we insisted they were making a mistake and after 20 minutes of waiting they finally confirmed we are clear to go.
- we had 3 rooms, one of which didn’t have an electric kettle. The second one had no tea and only in the third room we had tea which i drank. but they charged us 2 teas in two rooms for 50 rmb!

Very helpful staff, Mrs. Sunny was very careful for our needs. Room very clean, quiet and nice.
Breakfast mostly chinese but also with some continental food.
