A wonderful place to explore the Cotswold and Oxford. Loved dining al fresco by the cows and exploring the farm. Chill vibes to start our vacation. Benny even gave us a tractor ride!

We had a perfect stay at this stunning property. The barn was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, it's even more spacious than it appears in the pictures. We loved the picturesque surroundings and the pool was a lovely bonus. Kate and Ben were great hosts and quick to respond to a couple of requests we had. Five stars all round.

Thank you so much Kate and Ben for a wonderful stay. We absolutely loved the location. The barn was perfect for a get together with friends and the natural pool was glorious - with dragonflies and swifts flying around our heads. We honestly couldn’t have wished for more. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind and switch off from the world. I confess we didn’t go exploring locally (other tha for a short walk) because we just wanted to chill away from the busyness of normal life.

My family of 4 (including two young children, ages 2 and 1) had the best week at Turley Farm. Kate and Ben are the most gracious and were so kind to us and our children (as were their sweet pups). The house was perfectly comfortable and the grounds are just stunning.

This is an amazing property in a beautiful location. The cottage was perfect, and it was beautifully appointed. The hosts were delightful and very helpful. The fresh farm eggs and produce from the garden were delicious and most welcome. We all had an amazing time.

Maggie and I were fortunate to be guests of Ben and Kate on their beautiful farm. The setting provided a perfect stage for visits with friends nearby, trips to Oxford, Stratford on Avon, and a small extended family gathering. The updated amenities and gratuitous hosts made our visit one we look to repeat. A truly magical place. Thank you again, Ben & Kate !

Absolutely beautiful property and surrounding farmland. Lovely open place living with wood fire and cozy seating. Beds wonderfully comfortable.

We all had a wonderful time during our 4 night stay. Between waking up to cows outside our window to having a short walk to see the chickens, to sitting around the fireplace each evening, it was a wonderful experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely property and perfect for an alternative place to work remotely. The bucolic views provided the change of scenery we needed. also perfectly located to have easy drives to the Cotswolds highlights. A couple of nice pubs nearby too which were easy drive away. Only wish we’d had better weather - perhaps we’ll revisit in the summer so we can try that pool.

A stunning location and property, high quality, tasteful furniture and furnishings, scenic countryside views, bright spacious living, comfortable beds, crisp linen, plus the pond left you invigorated and at one with mother nature! Highly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful setting and very peaceful. Lovely surrounding countryside and villages. Also very close to Blenheim Palace which was a fantastic day out. The natural pool was an added bonus especially on a warm, sunny day.

Beautiful location for writing retreat
We were a group of 5 doctoral researchers at differing stages of our research, looking for a place to be relaxed yet focussed for a three days writing retreat. Kate and Ben’s place certainly fit the bill. The facilities are excellent and the surroundings are truly idyllic.

Turley Farm is a truly magical place and a wonderful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The property is spacious, quiet, and surrounded by natural beauty. Our younger children were so enthralled and excited to interact with the animals, the garden, and all the friendly people at Turley Farm. Ben and Kate have also done a masterful job with the barn itself. All of the finishings are upgraded and there are so many small details that show a level of care and craftsmanship. We had a lovely 3 night stay at Kate and Ben's property. The house was immaculate and stylish yet functional. Kate and Ben were extremely welcoming, inviting our young children to help feed their chickens and collect their eggs. A fantastic stay which we hope to repeat. We would recommend highly.

The couple that own the property were delightful and Gigi and I genuinely feel that we have made new friends.

Lovely stay in the Cotswolds
Our family of four (2 adults and 2 teenage children) have just returned from a wonderful 4-night stay in Ben and Kate's converted barn. It was everything we hoped for and more. Beautiful property, very livable kitchen and den (complete with a wood-burning stove that kept us warm during the June cold spell!), and 3 bedrooms that allowed us all to sleep well after fun days exploring the Cotswolds. Ben and Kate were lovely to deal with, making check-in and check-out extremely easy, and letting us know that they were there for us, should we need anything to make us comfortable. Pictures are accurate; the place was so relaxing and beautiful. Although it was quite cold during our visit, we will always enjoy our (brief) dip in the natural pond (water temperature was 65 F at the time -- my daughter and I made memories for a lifetime!). The property was very convenient to all of our journeys into the Cotswolds, as well as to Oxford. Grocery stores were about 10 minutes away, and some restaurants were even closer. Overall, Ben and Kate's property made for a great place to stay and enjoy the English countryside. We know we have more of the world to see, but we also would very much love a return trip to this beautiful part of the UK (and would jump at the chance to stay in the this lovely property again!). Thank you, Ben and Kate, for opening up this property to us. We will always remember our time there, and truly appreciate your hospitality.

Most Memorable
We could not have enjoyed our stay at Turley Farm more. We are a family of 4 (kids 12 and 14) and we could not have asked for a better experience. The farm allowed for just what we needed and had hoped for.
Ben and Kate were very welcoming. The property was absolutely beautiful as was the 'farm' house. We were only there two nights but wish we had been able to stay a week. We hope to return someday.

Booked this as a place to stay with my bridesmaids the night before my wedding. Such a beautiful barn in even more beautiful surroundings. Kate was a great host. Would definitely come back to stay again.

Perfect place to relax
Ben and Kate are gracious hosts to this gorgeous property. The barn was comfortable and tastefully furnishes. My boys LOVED all the animals on the farm, especially the new puppies. Hope to come again!

We had the most fabulous time at the mini barn. We loved the walks, the animals and the drives in the general area. Lots to do and see and we also enjoyed just hanging out in front of the fireplace reading and relaxing. Ultra great accommodations, shared with friends and family in the area. We hope to be back!
