Wat een heerlijk hotel! De eerdere (uitstekende) reviews zijn niet overdreven. Fijne kamers met verrukkelijke bedden. De mooie tuin en lobby en het lekkere zwembad zijn een oase in hectisch Bangkok. Waar we ook enorm van genoten hebben is de ongekende gastvrijheid en hulpvaardigheid van eigenaresse Noom en haar zus. Noom's tips en hulp hebben ervoor gezorgd dat we een supertijd hebben gehad in Bangkok. Dank jullie wel! We komen zeker terug!

If you want to have a personalized experience and stay in a beautiful small cozy hotel, this is the place to be! This place is truly a hidden gem in the middle of the chaotic city. Here you are not just another guest, you are in the center of attention and Noom ensures you get the best out of your stay. She is an amazing host who has a true passion for helping and making you feel comfortable. The breakfast is great. It changes every day and you get to try the authentic Thai food. We stayed with our 1-year old son and he enjoyed so much playing in the garden and watching the fish. The pool area is also beautiful, with so many plants around. The location is very good, just some meters away from the subway station which quickly takes you to other main atractions. We are very happy that we chose Kasayapi. Thanks Noom for welcoming us and making our stay in Bangkok so special.

A true oasis within the hustle and bustle of old Bangkok. The host has excellent local knowledge and a stay here is a must if you want to enjoy local cuisine (breakfasts are amazing). Lovely little pool for cooling off in the afternoon.

Perfect place to spend some time in Bangkok. Noom is so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is great (changing menu of local food to try) and the rooms are nice too (various Bangkok themed rooms). The pool is awesome too. The metro is the best way to get around, fast, cheap and air conditioned! We highly recommend

Our stay at Kasayapi was a beautiful experience of a very different side of Bangkok. From the jasmine lined simple pathway to the quiet garden with its lily pond and morning birdsong, Kasayapi felt like a gentle place of calm. The eco friendly rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel itself is conveniently located next to the MRT. Noom who runs this with her sister, is super efficient and gave us such great ideas for places to visit. She even drew us detailed maps for routes and transport options that we could take as we set out to experience Bangkok A dip in the pool after a hot day offered much needed respite! Among it's many plus points, the generous, delicious breakfasts at Kasayapi are legendary! Sourced entirely from local markets and communities, they were easily the most awesome we've had ! The warmth and care with which we were looked after was truly special! This really was a great find! Thank you Noom for a wonderful experience!

Don't expect a glitzy hotel experience with room service and 70 television options! Noom and her sister have clear expectations of how they would like guests to respect the property, so book this if you can stay mindful of their space. Kasayapi is truly an oasis in the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. It is located adjacent to a small afternoon/night market, the subway, and walking distance to several attractions. Noom and her sister were such gracious and helpful hosts as well. Clean, quiet, wonderful full breakfast, and fun pool to jump into at the end of a hot sightseeing day.

A lovely boutique hotel set on the grounds of the hosts' family house, in a lush garden, resembling an oasis right in the center of Bangkok and in a lovely neighbourhood. The rooms are decorated to the theme of Bangkok and its temples, a nice way to learn about the city before getting tons of advice and ideas from the host! Breakfast is delicious, home-cooked, an experience on its own! We stayed here one night and will definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was EXCELLENT. Everyday, Noom serves a different meal with various dishes from the local community. It's always a balanced thai breakfast with different specialties from different regions. Also it's a lot, even including a dessert and fruits :)) We ended up staying 4 nights. The room we booked was super pretty, ground floor with a view on the bird-filled garden. It was clean and smelled fantastic, with a comfortable shower. Noom is a superb host. She is cheerful, warm, fluent in English, interested, helpful and even flexible! Always asks us what our plan is and gives good recommendations and advice. She was also very easily reachable and communicative. Location was surprisingly great. The obvious part was the metro station literally in front of the hotel, which is the most convenient way to get around in Bangkok. Absolutely ideal. Furthermore, the neighbourhood was nice. There's a small market with lovely street food, a great massage down the street (ask for Jane), a few beautiful temples very closeby, and incredible mango sticky rice place around the corner.

The host is a lovely lady who created a warm and personal space, almost like a lovely guesthouse. She and her sister run everything very well, though I wonder if, for example, extra personnel could lift up the place even higher; truly elevating it more to a boutique hotel level, matching its current price range better.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Noom and her sister could not have been any nicer. So helpful and nothing was a problem. Beautiful hotel, rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is delicious. We loved how enthusiastic the family are about their heritage and promoting their local area. We are so happy we choose to stay here and we really enjoyed a unique stay. Visiting places we never would known about only for Noom.

Kasayapi is a lovely little oasis smack in the middle Bangkok. The open garden "lobby" is a delight to enter, and the owners are extremely friendly and helpful. The traditional Thai breakfast was very nice, clearly made with care and love. I only wish that we had stayed long enough to try out the pool! The location is good, walking distance to MRT and to Wat Arun.

Great hospitality. Quiet spacious, bird chirping. Local breakfast served was humble yet delicious. Close to mrt, local market, night stalls, 7-11, mango sticky rice , sushi outlet , massage place. Also walkable distance to nearby temples! Totally 😁

It’s like walking back into a beautiful family home. little touches of the family found through the property. the care and consideration that was demonstrated to make our stay comfortable. and the food was delicious.

Lovely hotel, room was clean and comfortable. Also the loveliest staff, very helpful with things like booking a taxi from the airport and giving directions to the tourist attractions. Fabulous homemade Thai breakfast both mornings. Located right near metro station, was very easy and cheap to use to get around the city. Would stay here again next time

Can I rate this place with an 11? We had the most amazing stay ever! It truly was our home away from home during our stay in Bangkok! Thank you very much Noom and Nuem. The room is very spacious, very clean and the bed is truly amazing. The room and the entire premises are very nicely decorated. It is a real authentic stay which I recommend to everyone! The breakfast was always very delicious, we tried different Thai dishes and sweets. On my birthday, Noom guided us on the Thai market and let us pick our own breakfast; I also offered food to the monks. The location is excellent, right next to the MRT station. Several restaurants and a 7/11 close by. As it is located away from the street, it feels like a little oasis. Don't hesitate to stay here! This truly is a gem!

Perfect if you like to experience the more local Bangkok with great guidance from the hotel owners/hostesses. The close surroundings include a nightmarket and a metrostation You get a delicious breakfast with local dishes based on fresh ingredients.

This small hotel is a little oasis within the busy streets of Bangkok. As soon as you step in, you are surrounded by peace and calm and Noom and her sister provide a very warm welcome. Breakfast plentiful and very tasty, rooms are spacious and each quite distinct in their style. You can see this hotel was a labour of love from Noom and her sister and they provide you with excellent advice.

The only thing I didn’t like, was having to leave again. Wish we stayed longer.

There are very few boutique hotels in Bangkok now. Kasayapi has a super friendly owner with exceptional service. The location is unique, not far from the place for typical sightseeing areas.

From the moment we entered the hotel we felt in a complete different world. It is so peaceful and quite, an oasis. Noom and Kan gave us a warm welcome with a cup of tea. They are great hosts and super friendly. They gave us tips & tricks and good advice for the rest of our trip. Noom provided us with a map of the area and explained to us the must sees. Breakfast is local food and really delicious, made with love. The room was spacious, clean and beatiful. The location is also great, we used the metro all the time because it was so convenient. Would totally recommend.

Noom and her sister were very accommodating. We loved that Noom always took the time to make conversation and give us the best tips during our stay. There were always so many local dishes, treats and fruits provided for breakfast! The view for breakfast in a city is amazing! The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The swimming pool was clean and nice. They location is top notch. When you're tired of a day out, you only need to take a few steps till the hotel after getting of the subway. Also go get the massage that they recommend. Two hours of pure relaxation for a very good price. The hosts really think of everything to make your stay as perfect as possible. We really recommend this place and would like to visit next time when we will be in Thailand again.

The stay in this beautiful boutique hotel was definitely one of the highlights of our 3-week trip! Everything to the last detail is thought through by the truly amazing sisters Noom&Kan that run the place..the breakfast was delicious and full of pleasant local culinary surprises, the room was super comfy and spotless, the location is a stone's throw from the metro station, the lush garden makes you totally forget that you are in the middle of a huge city.. In addition, Noom is such a warm person, she made us feel like at home immediately, was always up for a chat with interesting info, tips about the hidden local places, etc. On our day of departure we had quite a late flight but could stay around the hotel and use the pool to relax before heading towards the airport.. thanks a million Noom, we really appreciated it and we hope to come back soon!!!
