the location was perfect, close to the station, make it easy to commute around Osaka. full house, kitchen equipment very useful!

they didn't ask what bedding we needed or wanted so we had to sleep 4 people in the same room with 2 beds, and if we wanted to open a futon, we would have had to pay more.... it would be great to send a message about that. the emergency exit light was too bright and just next the bedroom's door (who's not opac) and it was a little annoying while trying to fall asleep

Place was very cute! Rooms were large. We enjoyed having our own kitchen and dining area! Location was a 5min walk away from Tashio Station, although the smaller rooms might be a little scary to walk through during the night time, however the neighborhood is very safe! Futons were plush and comfortable. Beds were large and comfy. A/C works well and even has a dehumidifier function for really humid days! Hosts were helpful and replied quickly, also was able to communicate comfortably with them in English!

We had booked the accommodation for 5 people and it was a struggle with the bathroom and shower as theres only one. The toilet and shower are 2 separate rooms so at least there could be 2 people using them at once but regardless i think it would have been more ideal for only 4 people. At the very front of the house, the entryway is quite "compact" so be aware when bringing large luggage or even having lots of shoes as there's not enough space to store them. Also the staircase is very steep so anyone with mobility issues or anything that would hinder you from comfortably travelling between the top and bottom floors should make mental note.

We liked that little japanese traditional experience and that's exactly what we were looking for, the sitting area with the dining and kitchen are all together, all appliances and cleaning supplies were there, they gave us plenty of towels, even the soap for the washing machine, lots of hangers, the iron, hair dryer, we were very satisfied

The cleanliness was not very good, there were big spots and stains on the sofa that we had to put some towels to sit on, there were dusts in some places, the futons were not comfy as it was too soft that it's like you are sleeping on the actual floor, we complained to them but they didn't solve that issue they just appologized, our back were hurt

Very spacious for Japanese standards! Had many amenities for daily life: cooking, laundry, more. We had an extended stay at the property and truly felt at home. The staff was always very friendly, communicative, accommodating, and prompt. Very close to both the subway and JR lines and really enjoyed the nearby neighborhood and restaurants.

I was staying for the two weeks of self isolating. The house was big enough. The automatic filling system for the bath was good. The balcony was great for washing. Staff answer the query quickly when I rang them to ask about stop working wifi. Very close to the stations.

There were only one big saucepan and old frying pan which I didn't want use end up I bought a new frying pan . The wifi stoped a few times. If there were a small towel that would be great. There were no small pegs for hanging. If there were a blind in the bathroom that woul be better. A few light bolbs were broken.　Emergency light was so blight so that light come through to the bed room through glass door.

Everything else was great. Two floors, roomy. kitchen was delightful, fridge was huge and efficient. So great a place for the price we paid. Location was incredibly convenient, easy walk to train and subway station, half an hour travel from major tourist sights, two minute walk to convenience store, ten minute walk to grocery store, a bunch of local little shops near by as well. We got everything we wanted out of our stay and more. Furniture was comfortable and clean, explanations of things like garbage disposal and working the stove were all well written in very understandable English with diagrams.

The walls were thin so next door was sometimes audible and we felt a bit of pressure to be quiet ourselves. There was also construction outside during our stay which was incredibly frustrating the first day when we were tired from our travel and trying to sleep in. And to get really specific there was one light switch in a frustrating place and the staircase is steep and narrow which got tiring over our 15 nights staying here.
