Nice apt, supplied well and clean.

cabinet doors were coming off hinges, chairs wobbly and beds were kids beds for adults.

The location was good, but you can find a better place to stay for this price.

Communication with the owner was TERRIBLE and ruined our whole holiday. We have booked the apartment with 3 girls, unfortunately there was a memberlid who passed away, so 1 person could no longer join us. We then sent the owner (Ricardo) a message on 24 january 20:00 and asked for a cancellation without costs. Our flight was on 27 januari and Ricardo continued to ignore all our messages. He did not respond until January 26 at 19:30 pm and indicated that we should contact booking.com. We called customer service and they indicated that we should contact Ricardo, the lady on the phone was so helpful that she still called Ricardo because he ignored all our messages. The owner (Ricardo) then promised to call the booking customer service back within 3 hours, unfortunately he did not do this. The next day I called booking again in the morning and tried to call customer service several times AGAIN. Ricardo took neither booking nor my calls. He was ignoring both of us several times. He only responded 3 HOURS before our flight that he would still charge a cancellation fee. The answer was very simple a no or a yes, but he chose to respond right before our flight and didn't pick up our phone calls. Because he wanted to charge a 70% cancellation fee, we decided to go with 2 people because this was a shame. We have also passed this on to both Ricardo and booking. After so many problems we finally arrived at 10 o'clock in the night and we were standing in front of a closed door. Ricardo did not send us a code for the door, even though he had promised to. Again, he didn't pick up our calls and only answered the phone after 20 minutes. We stood outside in the night, 2 girls, with our suitcases for 20 minutes because he didn't answer. I do not recommend this apartment to anyone, because no one deserves a holiday with so much stress. It's really not worth it.

Apartment was lovely and in a great location for exploring. Fans in bedrooms were great!

Balcony was not as expected- more of a window but still a nice spot to sit with a beer!

The seating accommodation was meant to be for a group of 4. There were 2 of us, & that wasn’t great, never mind trying to seat 4 people. Storage facilities were poor. Had we seen a photograph of the Entrance to the Apartment, we would not have chosen the property. Reception on arrival poor (owner not in attendance), with no guidance on Television/ Satellite TV/ WiFi etc.
