The room was good and spacious. Good amenities. Very nice balcony. Excellent water pressure for showers.

Had to pay a cleaning fee and expected to strip the beds, put dishes in the dishwasher, and empty all the trash. What was the $150 cleaning fee for? Need to post that parking is tight and no room for trailers as a person with a trailer took up 5 parking spaces. Individual got a ticket, but took one of the parking spaces of a family member who paid for a room.

I like that resort was small and not overly crowded.

The suite was not clean had dead cockroaches throughout the unit, ice maker didn't work the hall floor was very bowed and wharped bathrooms were not clean at all bought my own cleaning supplies while I was there and cleaned the suite only one roll of tissue per bathroom, only given one small packet of laundry detergent and was expected to wash the towels with it the whole weekend. I booked a room with a private balcony that was changed about 15 mins before we arrived at the resort to a room without a balcony. When I talked to the resort manager about the condition of the room her exact words were "Are you ready to check out" this was the day before I was scheduled to to check out. She offered no kind of resolve for the issues I had with the room other than rudely saying well all the other rooms are booked so she couldn't switch my room at the end of the conversation. I didn't like that we had to walk a mile to get the beach or pay 20 dollar parking fee when it said on the brochure that the beach is only a couple feet from the resort which is true but it didn't mention in order to get to the beach you have to walk a mile to the public beach access to get to the beach or trespass on other hotel and resort properties to short cut over to the beach. We were there during the Shrimp Festival it was way too crowded and so many detours so we asked some of the people that were working the festival which street do we turn on to get just to the next street over OMG!! they were the rudest nastiest people I ever met especially for someone simply trying to get directed through their madness. One of the main reasons for going to Gulf Shores for that particular weekend was to attend the Shrimp Festival because we had never been but after talking with some of the bad attitude people we didn't even go to the festival but as far as this whole trip I will never again stay at this so called resort and most definitely will never go to Gulf Shores Al.

Everything was on point would love to stay here again!! We even BBQ and Had a nice day in pool

the location was great. The grill area was very nice. Staff was easy to contact and quick to respond.

The furniture is old and outdated. The televisions were very old and small. The air conditioning and washing machine need repair.

It was big. Right beside a restaurant. Right across from the beach. Pool was nice.

There was no TV in one of the bedrooms. The washer didn't drain the towels correctly. The air didn't work correctly in one of the bedrooms.

The location close to the beach was excellent and the layout of the apartment was very nice. It was so convenient to have the things the office provided in the kitchen! I will definitely be returning here on my next trip.

The AC was a little lacking. We couldn’t get the apartment below 73°f in all the time we were there. It wasn’t too bad because we weren’t at the apartment a lot during the day but it was hard to sleep at night because of it.

Beach was not few. Lots of places to eat. Staff was super sweet. Lots of stuff for the kiddos to do at the condo like pool, mini golf, basketball, playground.

4 Flights of stairs, not very clean, there was dried blood all over the arm of the couch. No dish soap.

The location was good. Our initial room wasn’t clean & one staff member was snippy when we expressed concerns. Once the other girl realized the error she quickly got us another room.

Its billed to sleep 6-8 people & we booked for 6. There were only 8 towels, for 6 people, for 3 days & a note saying $35 for more. I hang them & reuse them but only for 2 days. You should let people know ahead of time. I always pack laundry soap so I was able to wash some. I’ve never stayed anywhere else that didn’t have enough or provide laundry soap if they didn’t. Also, the floors in the hall were crazy unlevel.

Our AC Went out twice on Saturday Saturday was our day just go to the beach and it kind of messed Saturday’s plans up all of the night and then was prompt to answer my calls it was out of his hands so it really was air-conditioning company that came to fix it they came once and 20 minutes later it was Al again so they came back but it took up my whole day of vacation I only had two days disappointing

The staff was very helpful and nice. The restaurant, ice cream parlor and store was very convenient. I loved the mini golf course, and the private parking, in the shade. The 2 full bath was super convenient for big family. And the pool was very clean and kid friendly

We didn't like the cleanliness of the rooms, you spend 165.00 for a clean room. The queen and king bed had people and pet hair in the beds, so we had to strip the beds and installed our own, wall in hallway next to bathroom had something spilled. And the exhaust fans in bathroom didn't work. That was the only peevs of mine. For the cost, location of the room.. i Wasn't going to complain, but if you get paid 165.00 per room to clean, I would actually try and spend more then 10 minutes cleaning. But everything else was great. And would rent again, and will bring own bedding.
