I stay in VRBO houses in Boise often and this was the first bad experience. The sheets where not clean and there was hair in them. I needed to wash the sheets prior to sleeping in the beds. There was no welcome message letting me know how to get into the property and there was a over mounding garbage can in the front right as you pull in. The garage smelled of cigar smoke and there was smoked cigars through the garage floor. Locations was good. House layout was good. I wanted to check in an hour early and the owner required me to pay an extra 25.00 dollars for this. To not have the house clean and ready upon my arrival was upsetting. I would not stay at this house again. I think the owner is trying to self manage from a long distance and is most likely being taken advantage by his cleaning staff. When I told the owner about the condition of the house he did not even offer to credit the 25.00 which was disappointing. I did send photos of the situation to the owner so he is aware and can hopeful correct this situation.

My sister and I totally enjoyed our stay at your home. Super comfortable and close to everything we needed and to our family in Meridian. Thank you! We will stay again if the need arises.

Great location for the activities. They even cleared the driveway after a decent snow storm. It was nice to have garage access with the snow storms. Home was very clean and kitchen had basic necessities.

Nice neighborhood Comfortable home with basics over the top and family had a desire for so e cozy blankets to be available on the couches otherwise a pleasant stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is arranged well, and it seems larger than the square footage. Beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. The yard was spacious, fenced, and quiet. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean and roomy

Good central location to begin our house hunting in the Meridian area.

It was adequate

Nice place as advertised. Great neighborhood. Easy access, well supplied and stocked. Clean. Had a couple small issues: showerhead in master bath would not spray straight -quite out of alignment, either towards the wall or into the shower curtain… also I could not find a strainer, but otherwise the kitchen had nice pots and pans and dishware. Enjoyed the stay while visiting grandchildren.

Great Meredian location, less than 5min from the Interstate, Albertsons and Walmart just minutes away. Less than 5min away is a great walking/bath path. Neighborhood was clean and quiet. House has a good, functional layout. Yard is nice sized and fully enclosed with 6ft privacy fence. Good grass. My pup was safely off leash which was what I wanted. Beds in master and other bdrm room (not the one with the small beds, we didn't use it) were very good. Might have been the best bed I've slept on away from home. Big strike was the house not being clean. Management was notified and they were kind and concerned, offering to send the cleaners back and providing financial reimbursement. Jay and Brian were very kind and good to work with.

This property was great for our stay in Meridian. Brian was very quick to answer any questions we had. The fenced yard was a plus as it allowed our furry family member to accompany us!

The rooms fit out family perfectly. The home was beautiful, clean and nicely decorated.

Neighbor was quite, but the home size was a liile small for staying there 6 weeks. Was pet friendly and did have a private back yard.

We enjoyed staying here because the property was animal friendly without any animal smells. We enjoyed the location as it was easy to get around town. Communication with propert management was excellent.

Two grandparents took two grand kids to meet some cousins they'd never met before. Unit was spotless, excellent layout and location, central to everything we wanted and needed to do. We would stay here again and recommend it highly.

We were visiting friend in the area. The place a in a great location The house was perfect. We each had our own room, it was clean and inviting. We played games at the kitchen table and have a very enjoyable time. The host was very helpful. We would stay there agian.

Overall OK - Would not stay there again.

Love that I was able to give the doggies a yard to play in. We had ample room in the house with three bedrooms. Agents were very responsive with questions. Great location!

Clean and well taken care of.

This was a very nice property. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. We also had our dog with us , so the fenced back yard was great. We would stay here again. The only negative was there was oil on the driveway. It was dark when we arrived and my daughter fell getting out of the truck. Once they get that cleaned up it will be a perfect place for anyone.

Communication with property manager was nonexistent. I had texted the number supplied with a question before I arrived, but received no response. There was also no reply after texting the supplied number at checkout, indicating we had checked out (as requested by the manager). There was no soap in the guest bathroom for the sink, but I found an empty bottle under the cabinet. Also, the shower drain was clogged as it did not drain well and began filling with water. The dishwasher was not secured to the cabinet and tipped completely out of the cabinet when opening the door. The one bedroom had two twin beds which were very thin. They may be okay for children to sleep on, but were a little uncomfortable for adults.
