Leider ist das Hotel zu sehr bemüht, 5-Sterne zu sein. Ist es aber leider nicht :( Die Zimmer sind auf den ersten Blick hübsch, aber die Betten unterirdisch hart mit super hohen Kissen, auf denen niemand schlafen kann. (Auch nach erfolgtem Kissentausch waren diese noch so hart und hoch dass man lieber ohne Kissen schlief). Leider ist es auch unerträglich hellhörig und man hört nicht nur alle Geräusche auf dem Flur die ganze Zeit, sondern auch lautes Hundegebell und das Geschrei der Hähne in der Nachbarschaft. Alles in allem zu viel „Wanna-be“ anstelle von wirklichem 5-Sterne Niveau

The hotel itself is beautifully designed, the staff are extremely well trained and attentive to your every need. The room was spacious, luxurious and the bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast options were somewhat limited, very targeted towards the eastern customer. The location was pretty noisy and roosters crowing/dogs barking sadly awoke us very early most mornings. We travelled to this hotel as part of our honeymoon and the hotel kindly gifted us 2 complimentary mocktails on arrival. When requesting the possibility of upgrading our drinks to alcoholic cocktails (and willingly paying the difference between the beverages) we were told that was not possible. I thought this was very inflexible and the bar staff’s response that evening put us off eating or drinking at the hotel during our entire stay.

Swimming pool in shadow, can be great when it’s really hot but cannot enjoy sun. Breakfast expensive ! 500 BTH and no discount for children…

Great location, nice spacious room, good gym and pool. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful and the afternoon tea in the lobby was a very nice touch.

It was a little noisy, for example, you could hear the beeping of the door locks from next door and any conversation in the hallway loudly. Breakfast was okay but limited given the price and staff there were not very helpful.

Breakfast is great, not fully buffet style, but menu was decent. Located in old town Chiang Mai, 10~15 walks can get you almost everywhere.

Breakfast was lovely with a buffet as well as the ability to order anything off the menu, they feed you until you are full. Staff were thoughtful and attentive and food was delicious.

Our room (1103) had poor sound insulation. We could hear everyone walking around in the room on top of us very loudly, even in the middle of the night.

Nice hotel on a quiet street close in a good location. The staff were super attentive and the breakfast was good. The room was very nice and good size.

Very large, well appointed room with comfortable beds and all mod cons. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Handy to have a pool for a refreshing dip. WiFi worked well.

Location is good in the old town but there are closer options to the main street. Breakfast options were okay but not a great savoury selection for vegetarians.

Rooms were huge and very nicely decorated, cool and quiet. The staff were so friendly and helpful! Nice little gym as well and good food. excellent base for old town exploring.

The bar shut a little early at 9.30pm
