A week with my family was a blessing! The grounds and common areas were stunningly beautiful and the unit itself was very nice. Hope to stay at WBV again.

The Villa is lovely. Great layout with well appointed kitchen and family space. Beds were comfortable. The adult pool is so relaxing with the beautiful ocean view. Close to the shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Excellent location for families with a wonderful view. The kitchen is well stocked and all items in the kitchen were clean and in good condition. The owners were very responsive and helpful when needed. Check in was easy, very pleasant and welcoming. The resort employees were always knowledgeable and helpful at the pools and at the beach. The pools, beach and resort grounds are impeccable. The beach is expansive and has wonderful views.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and just as listed. The pools and beach are outstanding and the staff very pleasant.

We had a fabulous time at the Wailea Beach Villas! The customer service was excellent. The property and Condo was just like it was described on VRBO. We enjoyed: - Awesome pools - Short walk to the beach and Wailea shops - Complimentary Chair, umbrella and towel service at the beach - Compimentary coffee at the lobby each morning - BBQ on the patio - Beautiful view from the patio - The condo had beach chairs and toys for us to use! Wailea beach Villas location is perfect! It was so convenient to walk right over to Island Gourmet at the Wailea shops for breakfast, lunch or dinner. This store has is all! Mahalo!

We absolutely loved our unit. We had plenty of room for everyone, and the kitchen and grill on the patio made cooking in super easy. Everything was clean and operational. And, the location was wonderful. The beach access is right on the property, so you just walk a few minutes down the path (cement path with beautiful plants, trees, and water flowing along the way) to get the the beach. And, along the way, you walk by the family pool and then the adult pool (which also has a hot tub on the side). The beach and pool service was wonderful; they provided and set up the chairs and umbrellas to ensure we had shade and provided the beach towels as well. Everyone was extremely friendly and always happy to help. At the beach, we were able to access snorkeling easily, right from the beach. We saw beautiful fish and even sea turtles. There were shops that were right next to the property to get food, lunches/dinners out, or to just do a little shopping. There were also fantastic restaurants just a few minutes' drive from the Villas. All in all, I couldn't recommend this property more!

The property was amazing, it made our trip. The condo, the facilities, the beach, the people, everything was amazing. We were able to relax and enjoy a vacation that was much needed. I cannot say that there was anything I would suggest or change..it was all perfect. Thank you !

Property was very clean, easy to walk to the various Wailea shops, restaurants, etc.

The property and the unit were well managed, the staff at the property were courteous, friendly, helpful and responsive, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and the unit is well located for pretty much everything. Pretty tough to beat this place...

Amazing place, amazing people, amazing location, and amazing amenities. This was the perfect place for our family vacation. We will definitely be back! Thanks for having us and being so accommodating with a late check out and helping coordinate a crib delivery!

Really nice clean property snd great location. Would choose this over a hotel every time.

The property is great and right next to the shopping center. However, the owner and property manger were difficult to locate when there was an air conditioning problem on Friday night after we checked in. Sleeping in 80 degrees for three nights is unacceptable. They “tried” to fix it each day and finally disconnected the door sensor to make it work on Monday! The property is great if there are no problems. Beware of the owner and property manager they don’t value their renters.

Property is great and close to beach. Outlets and great shopping area close by. Checkin process was very painful as staff at front desk was rude and racist. Won’t be staying at this property again. Property manager kept in communication and was responsive

Great overall location in Wailea. Excellent facilities for our family. Pools were beautiful and the beach staff took excellent care of us. Our unit had a great kitchen. Only a few problems, the grill smokes up the deck and the condo if the doors are even slightly cracked! Couldn’t grill.

My girlfriend and I took our daughters who are working remotely. This was the most wonderful spot for working out, walking the beach path, and satisfying everyone’s food choices with the Shops @Wailea just next door. The unit is elegant and spacious, we had such a good stay!

Six of us travelled as a family and could not have had a better place to call home for one week! It was effortless to rent, ask questions, and communicate with the owner when renting. The accommodation exceeded our expectations! Clean, big, great location and all the amenities. Lots of room for 6 us to spend together. Would definitely rent this place again!!! Overall this is a lovely property in a beautiful, central location. There are very few 4 bedrooms Wailea Beach Villas available, and we needed this for our large family. The unit was very clean, gorgeous beach access, and next to shops and restaurants, so walkable to everything. The only feedback I have is that there is only 1 true master bedroom with a good mattress, view, and natural sunlight. The other bedrooms are small, dark, and are 2 twin beds pushed together to make a king and did not fit the headboards, so they were not very comfortable. The other office/bedroom is a Murphy bed. I think if there is only 1 adult couple and lots of kids it would be fine. We needed 3 bedrooms with King beds and there was really only one that was a true King. I think if they got some new mattresses, headboards and towels I would give it 5 stars.

The apartment is amazing for family groups, highly recommend! It had everything we needed and more. It is very spacious and comfortable. We felt like in a hotel the whole time. It is also steps away from the shops at Wailea, which made it very comfortable as we didn’t need to get in the car all the time.

Property was beautiful. Unit was spacious. Dishwasher door was broken which made loading and unloading the dishwasher difficult (entire thing would tilt forward causing dishes to fly forward). We were advised it would be repaired but that did not happen during our stay. Light bulbs were burned out. Cleanliness of unit could use improvement. There were not enough towels and wash cloths for 6 people. The screen to the patio did not work. We were told there would be a repair order put in but the screen was not fixed during our stay. The second master suite bathroom had no hand soap. Overall we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay, but do not usually experience cleanliness and repair issues when staying in higher end condos.

The house was an excellent choice for us. The property is maintained extremely well and worked perfectly for the 7 of us. A suggestion; The TV/Cable service in the main living area needs to be updated.

Wonderful experience. The unit was quiet, clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our group of 4 adults with 5 year old twins. Having a nice grocery store within walking distance was really nice. The kitchen was well equipped and great to cook in. There were plenty of fun beach supplies for our boys to haul off to the beach. The walk to the beach was short and beautiful. The grounds were well cared for. We have stayed at most of the major hotels along Wailea. (Four Seasons, Fairmont, Andaz) We were always trying to find the right fit for our family. The Wailea Beach Villas will now be our "go-to" for stays at Wailea.

Our group of 7 adults were thrilled to stay at the Wailea Beach Villas. The location is perfect. The Wailea shops and restaurants are right next door which made it very convenient for us. The villas are also located right on the beach. The beach was perfect in every way. Soft sand, warm water, and an incredible staff who helped with chairs, towels, etc. The villas are right in between the Grand Wailea and Marriott. We bought drinks at the Grand Wailea when we were at the beach and we visited the Marriott for dinner at their restaurant (Humble Kitchen). There are two pools (one for families and one for adults) and each pool has a hot tub. The pools were well maintained and not too crowded. Actually, it was pretty quiet while we were there. The unit L109 looks directly over the family pool. One complaint was that the unit does not have an ocean view. The "partial ocean view" as advertised is not the case at all. The ocean is actually a 5 minute walk through the villas. So consider that if an ocean view is important to you. The unit itself was great. The beds were all comfortable, we had all the towels, pillows, blankets we needed. The kitchen/family room/dining is open and inviting. The couch was very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need (except for a baking sheet... we found this out when we went to make cookies). There are laundry machines in the unit which makes it very convenient as well. The TV and audio visual were not very easy to use. We had trouble using the technology and we were surprised the TV was not a "smart" TV. We couldn't even connect our chromecast to the TV b/c there was no USB/HDMI inputs. At the end of the day we weren't that concerned with it since we spent most of our time on the beach or out doing excursions, but that would be a recommendation for improving/upgrading. Overall, we thought the unit was great. The location was great, the pools and beach area were fabulous, and the beds/living area were extremely comfortable. Thank you!

The location of the condo was perfect. There was an easy walk to the pools and beach. The Wailea Villas staff were friendly and helpful. There was an easy walking to the shops. The shops were perfect for free hula lessons, lei making, Polynesian show, coconut husking, etc. The condo was beautiful inside and the beds were really comfortable. However, 3 out of 5 televisions did not work, we had to buy dishsoap, there was only one washcloth in the front bathroom that had 4 people sharing it. We requested more but they were never brought. And, the BBQ was unsafe. It would not light and the WBV said the write up in how to start the BBQ was incorrect. There was no lighter as listed in the instructions, however the Villas said you never do it with a lighter as that is unsafe- The owner is sweet and responsive to questions, however we would suggest a different realty company to make the stay wonderful. They failed to answer calls promptly and did not bring items we had asked. They were nice, however they said they would return to fix the televisions and they did not.

We stayed in L-109 and the place is gorgeous. There were 8 of us staying there. One master bedroom is gigantic, and then there is a small master bedroom, and two smaller bedrooms but very nicely decorated and clean. It's impressive to say the least. It's also very quiet and it seems like there were less people on this property than all of the neighboring properties and resorts, which had tons of kids running around. We had zero problems ever getting a lounge chair, or chaise near the beach, etc. It was very relaxing. The beach that it sits on is amazing. The waves are perfect and the sand is soft and smooth. My son said it's the best beach he's ever been at. The place itself is really nice, total luxury. If I were to be super nit picky, I would say that the air conditioning didn't work as well in the smaller master bedroom. But overall the place was quite cool so not a big issue. There is this huge luxury rug underneath the dining room table but the corner sticks up, and because the rug is thick, we must have tripped on that 10 times. we finally put a chair over it, right in the middle of the living area. Easy to fix and for the enormous price, I think the small stuff matters. Overall there is really nothing to complain about except whether or not it's worth the money. The place is beautiful, comfortable and luxurious.
