It’s a bit expensive compared to other hotels.

Mysigt hotell med trevlig personal. Bra avstånd till sevärdheter, restauranger, barer och shopping.

Dålig ljudisolering till hotellrummen. Dörrarna till rummen var tunna (man hör allt om man står precis utanför dörrarna). Det var inte en så bra restaurang, men ok.

In a quiet location, pool was a good size. The room was big, with good storage and was clean. We were able to keep it nice and cool.

The bed was very hard, the furniture was very old, there wasn’t enough power points. The door was opened with a key and wasn’t very sturdy it didn’t feel very secure. It wasn’t an expensive hotel, but I feel it should have been cheaper than what we paid.

The building was beautiful, I love how they’ve kept its original features and used plants and antiques inside, mixing the old with fresh interior pieces. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The pool looked nice but I didn’t use it. My room was great but wish that the doors opened up onto the terrace

I thought the breakfast was poor, it just didn’t feel fresh. It would have been helpful to have more of an introduction to the Indian breakfast (which I love) rather than a help yourself / have no idea what to get. There was live music going on outside my room until gone 10pm, after not sleeping for 30 hours from travelling, I could have done without that.

Frühstück ok, leider hatten sie einen Wassereinbruch im Speisebereich deswegen war alles feucht. Zimmer im EG sind zwar groß aber die Betten waren für normal große Menschen zu klein, Badezimmer sind Renovierungsbedürftig, man hört jeden schritt in den Zimmern über einem.

Excellent location with easy access to cafés and markets in Kochi.

The restaurant and dining area can be better managed. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant and at both the instances we found houseflies and other insects around the tables and hovering over the food. That was a let down.

I was only there for one night, but the room and the whole hotel are amazingly clean, good wifi, good AC. Spacious room, with really nice bathroom and shower. Beautiful old colonial style architecture. Delicious breakfast! They have all the south indian staples like idly, sambar, dosa, etc. They also offer cereal and omlettes.

Beautiful traditional colonial building. Bedrooms and bathroom huge and very comfortable. Great location and seafrood restaurant opposite. Great helpful friendly staff.

Dutch Bungalow at Fort Kochi is not what is being advertised. The place where food is served and the hand wash is arranged are very poor in looks and maintenance. The bathroom do not have proper powerful showers and there was no handheld shower. The bedsheets ans pillow covers were very old, used for ages and poorly white. The mattresses had blood stains and other dry body fluids on them. The air conditioning was very poor. The overall neatness was very poor. The staff were kind but the management was very poor. The food was delicious but was served in not sparkly clean china but in plastic crockery. The cutlery was not clean. The buffet trays and containers appeared dirty. There is no car parking. There seem to be no proper management or resident care arrangements in place. It looked like an abandoned property owned by Abad Group. I will never recommend this to anyone.

Excellent location and friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable and had a nice ambience.

We were given a room above the kitchen, so could not sleep very well due to noise. But it should not be a problem if someone goes to bed late.

This is an old Dutch/ colonial Bungalow converted into a hotel. Interiors are fine, bathrooms were huge/ spacious, clean and well stocked.

Found a worm in my bow of fresh cut fruits. They don’t know how to cook eggs. So basic.

Clean bedsheets and bathroom.

Hair dryers are most common in hotels these days. Not having one in this room surprised me. Small pillows have dirty marks.

The heritage property is very good. Swimmimg pool is good. Breaakfast spread is decent.

We found maintenence was not upto the mark. In one of the rooms, door handle was missing. The wooden cupboards were not polished.

A very friendly hotel and good value for money. We could only stay for one night due to them being booked but would have stayed on.
