Staff were attentive and the room was immaculate - as would be expected of a property such as the Crowne plaza. The real star of the show was the food - we dined at Zoka and were treated to a fantastic 5 course meal. Breakfast the next day was also fantastic.

Loved Everything, we came after a long flights and staff were so accommodating and helpful. Top class service from the entrance gate to the rooms , staff go beyond your expectations. Mosaic restaurant staff were amazing, they always check with customers about the stay , food preferences etc. we stayed 3 times during our holiday and each time it was an amazing experience.

housekeeping was unresponsive most of the time Valet was nowhere to be found when we checked in AC was not cooling as expected Room was not sound proofed, we could hear noise from the other room and loud noises from some event outside Overall the service from the staff (expect for the restaurant), was subpar for a 5 star hotel

Spacious enough and comfortable room, beautiful view, nice rooftop and generally positive experience.

There was a baby cockroach in the bathroom but I can understand it given that it was the rainy season and is pretty humid everywhere.

The road outside the hotel entry and exit , needs to be done up . In the room food menu, it would be good if you can include a Mini Thali which shall not cost more than Rs 600 nett of tax Also you must keep a complimentary fruit tray in the room on arrival

THE BREAKFAST AND DINNER WAS REALY GREAT AND TASTY.THERE WAS A WIDE RANGE OF VARIETY FOODS TO CHOOSE FROM AND CATERED TO EVERYONES TASTE.THE POOL WAS LOVELY.MY SON AND THE REST OF US HAS A NICE TIME IN THE POOL.THE OVERALL STAY WAS VERY SATISFYING AND COMFORTABLE.LOOKING FORWARD TO COMMING THERE AGAIN

THERE WAS A LOT OF DELAY FOR SWITCHING ON THE STEAM AND SAUNA BATH.WE HAD TO REMIND THE STAFF 4-5 TIMES AND TOOK MORE THAN 30-40 MINS FOR THEM TO SWITCH IT ON. ALSO I HAD BOOKED MY ROOM INCLUDING BREAKFAST AND DINNER,BUT I ASKED A DOUBT REGARDING MY DINNER AND THAT PARTICULAR STAFF DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO CLEAR MY DOUBT,WHICH SEEMED VERY INSULTING.

I liked the dinner at zoka and skygrill, their service was appreciable . And the city view.

The service from reception itself is cold and also the housekeeping trainee (name i could mention) misbehaved to me and my friends, and also the room I got was in 15 th floor but room was fully leak ..whole floor was wet.when i complaint to reception their response is too bad they came and told that it's bcz of rain there is a leakge.Next part is bath tub is not clean and also water kettle was broken. At the time of checkout nobody care to take our luggage .we have to tell a lot then only they are taking our luggage to car, the free buffet breakfast was very bad especially after continuous calls only the attended for tea ,coffee..totally the behaviour of staffs were very bad, making fun of us ,commenting, especially the trainee in housekeeping allen. balcony also was not clean.poor wifi team so i have to call it manager to get wifi.didnt expect these many things from a five star hotel
