very close to the city centre , easy to find and access

when we arrived the temperature was set to the lowest. we turned it all the way up and did not feel the heat at all. Lots of air was coming through the windows so even though the radiators were hot, the room did not heat up. duvet was very thin too. we literally slept in our clothes all night because it was that cold and one of us got cold like symptoms the next evening. should deffo provide extra blankets or more heaters.

it was an apartment and it had keyless entry. The building managers/staff were very friendly. The location is nice and peaceful, but not too far from shopping mall/restaurants etc. With it being Milton Keynes, you def need a car as we didn’t see many other means of transport. But the property itself was very nice, clean and very warm and cozy

The heating was turned up all the way, and we couldn’t figure out how to work the thermostat so opened all the windows. The bed was a bit uncomfortable as it was a spring mattress and the pillows were a bit flat.

Nothing…only factor as that it’s close to the City Centre

Everything..No bathroom floor mat..empty trial shampoo bottles..creaky toilet seat..cramped Bathroom..limited kitchen tools..just the basics..cramped room..old bedding..broken window and landlord lied and told us it was for security..no ice cube tray..washing machine was filthy…clothesm came out dirtier than when it went in..given the wrong WiFi password and the landlord refused to believe he made a mistake until I sent the screenshot..hall way littered with dirt..old furniture and smelled of weed.

No hot water and the smell from the drains are bad the manager blame it on the last people who stay for a month and said there were Chinese people who last stay what was so unacceptable for making that comment when u clearly can tell it's the drain

Clean Modern apartment, spacious and fresh towels

Entrance hall to flats was a touch dirty but that's not the fault of the landlord/owner

it literally had everything nice and compact but yet spacious.

we were disturbed about 2-3am by the buzzer.

Great apartment in nice quite location. Very comfy bed, essential items were all included-toilet rolls, milk, toiletries, washing up liquid etc would defo stay again

Spacious, good location, very comfortable & easy stay.

Not an issue owner can likely resolve but a lot of bugs in general within the building, could be quite an issue.

The host went above and beyond it was my partners 30th and they decorated the apartment for him as a surprise, really nice little touches I. E orange juice apple juice and toiletries great value for money will deffo stay again.

Only a few minor things, the showers handle was broken and the bedroom mirror had a crack at the bottom, heating was off but it was still very hot for some reason.

Tidy, well presented flat. Wi-Fi available. Welcome package was a nice touch.

Cleanliness came up a bit short. At first sight everything looks clean but the devil is in the details. A lot of the surfaces were dusty, particularly the bedside table ;very dusty with oily stains.

Convenience of location and parking. Facilities within the apartment and decor. Comfortable and inviting.

The noise of the residents /guests within the apartment block. Not a great deal of noise deduction as expected, maybe we were just unlucky and it was a particularly busy night.
