The Stuff was very helpful and friendly, the hotel was amazingly beautiful and authentic and exceeded our expectations!! It was very clean and the stay was very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it and go back again there.

The staff is friendly. If you'd like to book local tour, you can book with him directly. He introduced the attractions nearby- where to see the sunset, where to eat, and etc. If you have no time to do homework, come here! The water is hot, and the cleaning service is terrific!

The shower room only has one glass, which means the water will spit out from the other side and make the restroom wet. I have problems with the toilet- it can not be flushed on the first day I arrived and the day I checked out.

I was made welcome by Matteo, the manager, from the moment I arrived. I actually arrived early, but was offered breakfast and a room to rest in until my room was ready. Once available, my room was spotlessly clean, very modern and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and modern, with a powerful, hot shower. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection to choose from and the freshest, tastiest bread I've eaten in Peru! I'd highly recommend this hotel, which is a 5 minute walk from the main square.

I prefer not to have my room cleaned on a daily basis, but that's just a personal preference.

top floor rooms are extremely bright and loud, need to get the manager to let you in/out of the hotel every time you enter and leave, uncomfortable staff, below average breakfast with not enough eggs for everyone.

The location was center close. We really liked the building itself (traditional white wall of Arequipa). The staff was nice and helpful with the breakfast because we had to leave early regarding a tour. The wifi, hot water, cleanliness was excellent.

The superior room with king size bed was larger and better than anything we have seen in the photogallery. Almost like a cathedral. Staff was very helpful, room service was 100%, breakfast room with terrace was amazing, TV was huge enough, matress was comfortable, shower was very spacious...etc.Location can be hardly any better.

At 7 o 'clock every morning, the cleaning staff would use the vacuum cleaner to make a loud noise in the corridor. The cleaning staff would mess with the guests' luggage every day.

Perfect location, this place exceeded my expectation! The furniture has been changed, the real room is better than the picture on booking. The staff is really great! The receptionist has explained everything about Arequipa upon arrival and booked the tour and transfer to Puno. It's a real Arequipa experience sleeping here since the room is made in typical Arequipa stones :)

This place is horrible. The rooms don't match the images provided and are very poorly designed. Bright lights shine in your window with no curtain to block them. Rude staff. Don't acknowledge these things while you're staying there or they will kick you out in the middle of the night.
