Great room and location

Breakfast wasn't great

Lovely staff, great rooftop, WiFi strong, great diner and breakfast, comfy beds, hot shower, cleaning service every day. free water, coffee and tea all day. we had to stay here for more than a week because of the protests. it felt a bit like home.

Close to the main square and restaurants. The woman at the front desk was very helpful, point out ATMs and good restaurants we could walk to. Nice stay. Breakfast was very good.

The property is. wry close to the old town . The stuff is very friendly and helpful . terrace with the view is a big plus . All the nice restaurants are in walking distance.

Make sure you have a room in the upper floors . we graded ourself up to the suite with a balcony which was amazing

great location, very clean, nice English speaking front desk, beautiful rooftop bar for sunset views, comfortable beds, water bottles were provided everyday. they let us check in early which was very nice and accommodating.

our room was in the basement which had a limited view out the window. as a result, the room was always quite cold. I suspect if we got a room in the upper floors this would not be a problem.

The property was very stylish and clean. The staff was very sweet and helpful. I loved the rooftop area.

I chose a room with a balcony and didn’t get the room selected in Booking. When I noticed, it was too late to ask. Why offer the room if it’s not given? The bed could have been softer.

The location of the hotel is great, staff friendly and helpful, the hotel is nice.

The price-quality of the breakfast is a rip-off. Do yourself a favor, go out to one of the nice cafés in Arequipa city center.

Breakfast was grate. It is served on the rooftop with wonderful views. The hotel is simply beautiful all made of white stone.

The hot water supply was not working properly… quite a disappointment for a high quality hotel

Very friendly, helpful and thoughtful staff. From the moment we checked in it really felt the staff was making it an effort to make us feel welcome and comfortable. During our stay we did an early tour at 04:30, the manager surprised us with a snack package for our trip which was super thoughtful. The whole staff made us feel welcome and taken care of during our stay.

(NO FAULT OF THE HOTEL) Something to keep in mind when travelling with heavy/much luggage; It can be difficult to get a taxi in front of the hotel because it is a one way busy street where cars are not allowed to stop. Even with this, the staff was extremely helpful getting us a taxi + helping out with our luggage in the taxi asap.

Good boutique hotel very close to the centre. Hotel rooms were clean and staff excellent.

Hotel was quiet (partly due to season) and bathrooms could do with modernisation.
