This was a very nice hotel, located just a block and half from the main plaza in Arequipa and near the places we needed to be. Room was nice and clean and bed was comfortable. All staff were extremely nice and helpful even with the initial small issue we had, they accommodated to our requests right away.
Breakfast was ok.
Breakfast is very basic, wished for more variety since we had a longer stay than normal.
Hot water for shower did take long to warm up, so give yourself time.

Proximity is a super great asset. It is relatively quite so you can rest and work with no problems. The terrace is super nice. Diego from the reception is also very kind and helpful.
Probably the internet connection could be faster.

A lovely colonial building with a modern extension. There are two nice patios and rooftop seating area with excellent views over the city.

Everything was perfect ? Best accomodation so fare in Perù. Very nice room, staff really nice and the two terraces wonderful.

The view from the terrace is great!
The water regulation in the shower is pretty sensitive, it takes a bit until you regulate a decent temperature. But that's just a minor point. A nice hotel!

The breakfast was very good and the location excellent. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The Wi-Fi signal was strong. As for the bathroom, it was quite big.
There was nothing I didn't like. The property was exactly what I expected, maybe even more. It even has a terrace on the fourth floor with a nice view, although at this time of year it makes little sense to use it.

The staff was outstanding. They allowed me to do a late checkout until very late in the afternoon due to my bus being at that time. They also arranged a taxi for me.

The hotel is very close to the center and tourist agencies..
I didn't like when my flight was canceled for the polytical situation in Arequipa.. I requested a change my room , for a minor price.. but they didn't accept.. another thing was that they didn't accept to give a glass or cup for my room.. I needed drink coca's tea for the altitude sickness.. it was strange!..

Excellent location, really close to plaza the armas. The room was a bit small but really comfortable and clean. We arrived really early in the morning and they offered a room even though the check in was in the afternoon.
The shower had a really low pressure, but other than that everything was fine.

The communication with this hotel was great!! Jose did a great job taking care of my Mother and Auntie needs.Thank you very much!!! My mother love it! Amazing staff, great location, everything was clean, hot water, delicious breakfast. Definitely we will back to this hotel.

Excellent, cleanness, free early checkIn, beautiful fountain yard in this colonial styled hotel with thick and bright lavastone walls. Seems to be a 4star house. International TV Channels, safebox and huge fridge on the room. Receptionists Jose and Marcia very helpful in any ways, also breakfast maid janira absolutly polite and familiar. Next time in Arequipa we will surely stay in casona terraza again
