Incredible value for money. A clean, comfortable room provided by friendly staff. Location is great, only a two minute walk to the entrance of tayrona national park. We enjoyed the pool for cooling off in the heat of the afternoon! Beautiful little balconies and a tasty and simple breakfast made this place a favourite for us!

Casi no dormí en toda la noche, había insectos/bichos en la cama y me desperté multiples veces por las picaduras y mordiscos a pesar del repelente de insectos (no eran mosquitos, temiendo que fueran chinches/bedbugs). Reservé una habitación privada con 2 camas y ante el problema de los bichos en una, pensé en acostarme en la otra cama libre, pero al destapar la sábana superior, estaba sucia con restos de pelos :(((. Lamé por teléfono y por whatsap a los responsables en múltiples ocasiones pero nadie respondió a la llamada ni a los mensajes. Nadie en la recepción... Toda la noche sin dormir por higiene muy deficiente e inexistencia de los servicios básicos y de atención al cliente. Pésima experiencia :( He de añadir que el día que llegué no había servicio de restaurante/cena y ni si quiera agua potable u otro tipo de bebidas...

Muy limpio, buena ubicación, instalaciones perfectas...la comida que ofrecen muy rica.. muy serviciales

Goede plek als je graag bij de ingang van Tayrona wilt slapen, maar persoonlijk zou ik gewoon aan het strand van Costeño verblijven. Bedden zijn wel erg comfortabel. Zwembad is prima maar heeft smiddags geen zon. Je kan je tas tegen een kleine vergoeding achterlaten als je een nacht in Tayrona wilt slapen.

Er komt amper water uit de douche, en enkel koud. Wij hebben een kamer upgrade genomen (met balkon en airco) want de standaard is erg somber. Enkel een paar wegrestaurants in de buurt. Aanwezigheid van honden en kat waardoor je vroeg wakker kan worden.

De kamer was schoon!

Buena vista, cama cómoda, buenas instalaciones y piscina. Excelente servicio, Yuli es muy amable y nos brindó información muy útil. El desayuno es muy rico y las opciones de cena son ricas y a buen precio, todo preparado en el momento.

July es una persona muy amable, siempre dispuesta a ayudar en todo. Excelente su servicio. El desayuno está incluido y está bien. La ubicación es estrategica cuando quiere uno estar al lado de la entrada al parque tayrona. Por una noche es más que suficiente.

La descripción de la habitación y las fotos no corresponde exactamente a la habitación tal como es. Primero no tiene vista al jardin, es en una plata baja y segundo las fotos hacen pensar que hay un balcón, lo cual no es así. Hacía falta un vidrio en de la ventana del baño y el agua de la ducha sale por un orificio hacia el piso del baño.

Excelente ubicacion a unos pasos de la entrada de Zaino, Julie la recepcionista nos trato de maravilla.

La cama es muy dura

Very close to Tayrona park, so you can get a good sleep, leave your bags and get into the park early in the morning.

We paid extra for an aircon room, but aircon was shut off at 7pm and room was very hot during the night. Should he advertised that this is the case.

Simple clean room. Close to the entrance to Tayrona National Park (approx. 5 min walk). We love the view from our room. Super helpful and nice staff.

Swimming pool can be cleaner. Twice no water pressure in the shower (just dripping), but staff fixed instantly.

Lovely and very welcoming host. The location to the Tayrona entrance is less than a 5 min walk away. Beautiful surroundings, and there is a small pool. Pics of the room are accurate, it is basic. There are some shops and restaurants closeby so you can stock up before going in.

We initially had a room with a view, however the heat was too intense, and these rooms have no AC. We knew that going in, but this place is way hotter than you might think. We had to move to one on the bottom floor, which had AC but no WiFi or windows. The shower is not recommended for germaphobes; they've tried to be creative, but the consequence is a very smelly, impossible to clean, stone sanctuary for all types of insects and one very, very large beetle on our stay. Overall, expensive for what you get but unbeatable location for an early start into the park.

It's very close to Tayrona National Park and the staff is friendly.

The room was pretty basic and sterile, some more decoration would have been nice. The was an ant street in our room, the bathroom didn't have a window and the door didn't feel super safe. But we had a nice stay so all in all it was okay and it was super cheap.

Staff was helpful, and breakfast was good.

The rooms and bathroom have mould which you also smell and there were a flying ant plague when arrived. Insects all over the bed. We were offered a different room which was fine. However it's sad because it seems they cannot do anything about it or they don't take any effort to solve it. Unclear why they have so much insects there while other places around tayrona are fine.

It is very nice place, very basic but cosy. The owners are really lovely and helpful. The lower rooms have a/c but don't have WiFi inside the room, the upper rooms have only fans but don't have WiFi. Owners are aware of the issue and I believe have plans to improve this in the future.

Very close to the national park and with a small swimming pool. Very quiet at night. Nice breakfast. And you can leave your stuff behind when you visit the park for a little cost.

You have to walk up a little bit to get to the place.

Great price for clean and nice accommodations with AC. Loved July the hostess.

My mattress was hard so I asked to switch rooms and they were very accommodating.

quite an aggressive dog on the property which did try and go for me a couple of times. owners tried to ensure it wasn’t around after that. maybe be careful if you have children or are scared of dogs.

Incredibly friendliy staff, great eggs in the morning, cute dog and cats, great location if you want to visit the Tayrona national park.

First of all we were assigned to a "basement" room where the only source of light was the door itself. The door itself could have been broken by a kick of a 4-year old. At least it was not fully transparent. Air conditiong stopped working after the first night but at least there was a ventilator :). Sadly the Wifi did not reach the rooms downstairs. Another way the get fully lost since there is no signal as well. Furthermore we had exactly one almost empty vase our room. Its only containment was a wasp nest. At least no living wasps though. At daytime there were a lot of ants crossing the room and walls but I kind of got used to it. Right above the door on the outside there is a lightbulb which attracts even more insects and makes it impossible to enter the room without inviting to a house party. Overall though, our stay was allright and the cats made up for a bit.

Great spot, 4 minute walk from Tayrona. Nice breakfast.
