Easy to find. Accommodation was clean Staff were friendly Did not have breakfast as we were leaving early each day to go to Snetterton Race Track. Evening meals were lovely

We needed a place near to the lotus track as we had an early start and being 4 minutes away the location was perfect and the food was simple good portions, a large room clean with a kettle and water. We left too early for breakfast some of our friends had the option at other locations for a take away breakfast which would have been brilliant.

We didn't manage to get the AC working but we didn't ask for help on this as Im sure the staff would have helped.

I stayed here overnight for a day at the Lotus Cars factory the next day. I didn't get a chance to have breakfast because I had to leave very early, but when I needed lunch the following day and had an excellent meal. Overall, the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff were excellent, and I won't even bother looking for anywhere else to stay next time I come back to the area.

Good sized room, clean, fresh, all-maintained and attractively decorated. Tea and coffee, iron and hairdryer

Weekday breakfast didn’t start until 8am, too late for us and I’m sure many business guests. Caused us a lot of inconvenience. The bedrooms have green lights showing where the exit is, however this light illuminated the room like a child’s night light making it difficult to sleep. Finally, there was a hum from outside perhaps an air conditioning which went on all night. So, it wasn’t the peaceful night we had expected. Staff were polite and friendly but no sense of going the extra mile.
