The villa was OK - a good size and with very easy transport and walking distance from the coast, bars and restaurants. The outside eating area looked good.

The main issue was the lack of customer service and lack of willingness to accept that the pool heating wasn't working. I had contacted the manufacturer of the heat pump and communicated with one of their engineers (sharing the error codes from the heat pump) before the pool heating was finally working - 3/4 through our stay. The villa staff still refused to accept that the heating hadn't been working and refused to refund me the money I'd paid upfront on electricity that was never used by the malfunctioning system. Other issues were plentiful but pale in comparison including that the patio is laid to drain any water overflowing from the pool across what becomes a very slippery patio to a drain directly underneath the dining table. The Dishwasher leaked over the kitchen floor every use. The draining board is poorly installed flat so doesn't drain. The TV in the bedroom didn't work. I could go on but all these niggles I would have overlooked if we had received the customer service, care and trust that we'd have expected; with a villa at this price you expect more.
