Everything was excellent. Breakfast buffet, pools, sports facilities, all convenient and to a high standard. Water in pool was great temperature. Always available pool-side beds.

Everything about this hotel we loved - the staff, the breakfast, the facilities, the location and the cleanliness. Perfect hotel for a family.
Some physical menus for around the poolside would have been useful as we sometimes couldn’t get the wifi to view the menu.

Lovely pool area. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Food at restaurant was fantastic. Room was very nice and comfortable.
the noise from the fountains outside our room. Especially the motor. It should have been relaxing but much more peaceful when they were off. The child care for under 4's was not very convenient as suggested in the website.

Excellent hotel for families with young children 2-12 years old. Several pools, small waterpark, wave-machine surfing, climbing wall and much more. Friendly staff. Convenient location, close to airport, close to restaurants, beaches and Siam Park waterpark.

Pool area with Bali type beds were fabulous. The best part however, was that we were originally put in a room that we did not book. The reception staff and guest relations folks were wonderful and were able to change our room. The room we ended up with was PERFECT and exactly what we were hoping for - great view, perfect set up. We were very happy and grateful and appreciative that they were able to make some adjustments for us. On this fact alone, I would highly recommend this to others.
The rooftop bar is excellent - the cocktails are fun and creative and added to the atmosphere. I also appreciated that they really did keep it to 'adults only' and anyone under 18 or parents with small children were redirected to the other bars and restaurants.
Location is IDEAL.
We travelled with a 13 year old and didn't really realize how many families with small children would be at the hotel (although the facilities and options for families are amazing - if my kid was 5 years younger they would have LOVED it, just like all the kids there were :-). This was a mistake in our thinking, not the hotel though. It would have been nice to have a quieter place for breakfast, away from some of the noise.

We had halfboard and we loved both breakfast and dinner, we loved the location, the room was ok for a family with 2 kids sizewise,
There is nothing bad to tell, except maybe the water in the pool was a bit cold but thats 100% personal preference, some people like it like that so that's fine.
