the location is pretty ok, in the middle of Epicentrum/Kuningan area, but a bit isolated compare to other hotels/apartments in the area. The staff is nice and we can check in early.

the room is a bit too dark, they need to add more lights. we had the suite two bedrooms and there’s no proper lights and bedside lamps in the rooms.

Parkir is very convenient and free parking

Service in the restaurant was very poor, the quality of food during breakfast for 4 star hotel was also very poor, cleanliness of the buffet area, floor was dirty, even tha table is stcky and we have to clean and Sanitise ourself, food was salty, many flies on the noodle live stall outside, the chicken stew with tomato sauce at Western section taste is soo weird, the chicken was not well marinated, is just like only mixed the chicken with ready made sauce from the packaging. We ordered ala Carte menu, the it was not according to the menu description and expectations, we ordered Ayam geprek it was supposed to be geprek with the sambal but unfortunately there is no taste/flavour on the chicken( taste only fried chicken marinated with salt and pepper) the texture of the chicken was very hard and difficult to eat, we. For the tongseng kambing, on the menu it says served with crackers/emping, but it was served without emping, after we asked to the service, he said "I will check" after few minutes we have to wait for the emping because the chef just fried the emping first.....the price of the foods was very expensive for 4 star hotel, not value for money with that kind of quality, both food and service. During breakfast I ordered boiled egg to the lady on the egg station, very clear I ordered boiled egg, after few minutes, the server (Made) bring to me pasta (which I never ordered pasta for breakfast, than I have to wait for the boil egg.... the service was not clean and Sanitise the table we have to clean ourself, at dinner time we ordered the foods it takes too long for the foods coming that the.tue restaurant was soon quite, there are many service, only talking in the kitchen area instead of taking care of the guest for their food order. Overall the staff in FB service need more training interm of basic service, this is my first time in this hotel.and definitely will not coming back again with this kind of service and quality in the restaurant....

The staff is very very professional and kind. Everyone want to help you. Everyone trying to solve any problem. A lot of staff knows English very well. Pool looks very good. Rooms are get cleaned eveyday. The size of the room is very nice. The bed feel very comfortable. I think i will come again for sure

Breakfast was fab-lots of choice, good timeframe availability & lots cooked fresh to order Our suite had lots of space, good storage & was clean, fresh water delivered daily

It was dated, it wasn’t new & shiny like the photos depict-this did not affect our stay but for what we were paying we didn’t expect damp patches, torn wallpaper & door handles hanging off - obviously covid has played a massive part in having to cost save. Just pre warning others that if you want somewhere full of modern luxury this probably isn’t it but if you want a comfy bed & good breakfast then it’s fab

staff were fantastic, helping me find local sport facilities and places to visit. bed was very comfortable and room was quiet. nice drinks bar across the road

hotel is recovering after pandemic, the gym was closed for example but they helped me find one nearby.

my first room was very dirty, lots of hairs and stains on the mattress. The second room I was given was better, but there was noise from the neighbors upstairs. unstable electricity and internet connection during the stay.

City view is not really good and enjoyable since we stayed at 11th floor, we could only see field with so many cows and little bit dirty. At the lobby we already asked the staff suggestions to stay in a room with beautiful view. And he let us decided the city view. But at the end the view is bad. 😞

Sorry, almost nothing except location

Pool water is no so clean, comparable to the other pool belongs to apartment, cannot be accessed by hotel guests. In the Waiting area of lobby there's no aircondition (warm to hot). Hallway of 10th floor no AC, NOT comfortable at all. Room looks old and weary
