The room is quite comfy and tidy. Love the pool. Breakfast is very good and also the room dining is also good. Location for sure is the best!!!!

Breakfast is good but there was some confusion with the waiters on my 2 last day breakfast cause they said it need to be paid but i've already booked the room include breakfast, my 1st breakfast there is no issue. So, I think between the Front Office and Vong Kitchen there still some issue that need to be improved with system and coordination.

Great location, very strategic and close to all landmarks and venues. Highly recommend Vong restaurant and the bar for cocktails. Very clean and sanguine room.

Guest reception and front office was literally absent when I arrived my luggage and went to the reception desk. No tour of the room given when I entered, difficult to find all the light switches since the design concept is dark/dusky, Wifi wasnt working and the server needed to be rebooted although this took a few calls to reception who offered an answer that it might be because I dont use an Apple laptop?? and they have different channels for different systems on their wifi (Really?) Generally I think they mean well and are trying to show their best snazzy chic manner but I found it not helpful/beneficial and professional especially for my expectation of this quality and price of the hotel. Pillows were rather flat and the doors/walls were very thin so I can hear noises from the alley and other rooms.

The pool was open for public for a baby swimming course so it wasn’t very pleasant to see that many people especially during the pandemic

the room was squeaky clean, the design is cool and we really like the bathroom. the service was great, there are a lot of restaurants in the building that we can order from room service.

nothing except the price was very expensive, but it's understandable since it is located in the center business area in Jakarta

Great facility, friendly staffs, comfortable bed, perfect location to explore coffee shops, restos, nightlife and shopping.

For the price we paid, exclude breakfast. So not too good value.

The location is very good. Right in front of Big shopping mall. Room service was very tasty, I strongly recommend it.

I couldn't use the beautiful swimming pool, be afraid of COVID 19 I'm so sorry about it.
