room was spacious and clean. next to epicentrum walk so food was not a problem. i left my charger in the room and staff contacted me and kept it for me.

parking area could be better.

We stayed for just one night but did not sleep at all for the whole night. The room was spacious for our family has 2 bedroom but there was weird sound in the night that makes us couldn't sleep at all. The sound so crazy weird it was like some metals or sound from heavy construction tools or sometimes sound like aeroplane and it could heard from both bedroom. We called the hotel staf for check but not really help at all. In the morning sound comes again more often and we realized it sound from the lift. Very bad if that room so noisy why do they give us this room I'm sure we are not the only guest who complained about that crazy sound. And we want to print something there's computer but printer didn't work. If they also offer business hotel they need to have all facility for business in function

Room service menu very small, not many options. But what they did have was very good.

shower water was clear and no smell, good food at breakfast.

power outlet is at desk only. wi-fi was slow and sometimes disconnected when moving around my room. not picking-up laundry unless requesting on the phone

Perfect

Everything is perfect until you tried to surfing on internet with this hotel's wi-fi. Internet in 1982 was faster than this hotel's internet. And yes, internet was invented in 1983. That's how bad it is.
