The staff and the kitchen.
The bed was a little unstable (sliding mattress).

It was right for the price and we had a noise which we reported and they immediately moved us to a different room. nice helpful staff.
despite the sign of non smoking at the entrance , eeeeevrybody smoked there, which went into the staircase and you could smell it 20 meters outside the entry door. My suggestion is that (since you are not going to stop people from smoking) maybe build a little roof 10-15m away from the door. so that people could run in crocs there.

Great clean place. Further with the city but convenient location which is near everything that matters (shops, transport, restaurants, beach).
The kitchenware is OK, but it could be a bit more especially plates and pots.

Booking confirmation stated that "during weekends" reception would close at 17:00"
However when arriving late FRIDAY the reception was closed, so we could not access the booked and payed room, also the Booking.com 24h open customer service could NOT contact or resolve the problem.

people were smoking cigarettes and weed in the rooms and our room would smell because of the vents bringing the scent to us. Also our tv was not working because the HDMI was broken. In General the room was quite dusty.

It’s was a great budget place, don’t expect to much luxury, it was clean and tidy with loads of room space, the reception closes at 5.00 then it’s access via a key safe

So clean, comfortable and I had everything I needed in one room. New sheets, towels and more
It was a turn off with all men smoking at the entrants regardless the non smoking sign. It smelled like smoke all the way into elevator.

The beds were well made and the price was pretty cheap and affordable.
The bathrooms had an awful smell that spread in the room. We were denied early check in and noisy neighbhours theoughout...
