Easy access to room. Staff helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was tremendous and generous. Bar was relaxing. Location was 10-15 minute walk from main front & old town. Lots of cafes and bars nearby.

Room was average. Some staff were nice, other quite rude and unwilling to help. We had to follow up 4 times across 40 minutes in order to stop a party from happening in the bedroom right before us. Housekeeping was just horrible. Under the guise of “sustainability” they didn’t come the first day even after we explicitly asked to have the room cleaned. The other days they didn’t clean neither the bathtub nor the sink, for the whole duration of our stay, and swept the pajamas under the blanket without even folding it. I’ve never seen such a sloppy housekeeping and it’s just not acceptable for a “4 star” hotel.

Breakfast was great, possibly the best scrambled eggs ever at a breakfast buffet, and a really proper range of gluten free items so that I felt well catered for.

Minor point but it was disappointing that the hotel bar was closed on Sunday evening.

Breakfast was amazing. Huge selection, large variety and a lovely restaurant setting. The room was nice, although lacking somewhat in natural light, but for the money it was very lovely. Location was fantastic, couldn't have asked for more.

The beds weren't as comfortable as they could have been. I wasn't expecting the shower to be a wet room, but it was still very nice. The main thing was I didn't realise we had to request to have our room cleaned, but I'm sure they would have done a great job should we have requested it.

The bed was uneven (sinks more on one side) and the blankets were too small and light (doesn’t go over the whole bed and doesn’t feel cozy esp during cold nights)

Great value for money. Spacious and elegant room, rich breakfast buffet. The location is conveniently close to the city centre and the metro. Guests are a mix of businessmen and families with children but, thankfully, there was no problem with noise.

The bed mattress and pillows were a bit too soft for my liking.

I've spent 3 nights in a hotel. The location is very good. Convenient to get to the main locations. The staff was polite and friendly. Room was quite spacious, nicely decorated. It had almost everything what is necessary (towels, tea/coffee, hair dryer etc.) It was clean in the room. Breakfast had a wide range of food and beverages.

I would suggest improving two things 1) availability of robes and slippers 2) air conditioner - it was cold in the room. When I finally managed to set the temperature, the air conditioner started stutter quite loudly, and I couldn't manage to stop it.

Great location in one of the cleanest and calm locations in the inner city, walking distance to everywhere. Nice design, classy without being overly posh. The staff was great and helpful, and the room was tidy, clean and sleek. Highly recommended!
