The view from our balcony and hot tub was amazing 🤩 and town was nice and friendly few good pub 👍🏻

Steep hill

It was well situated just outside Barmouth and had a lovely view. It was a good size for us and was immaculate.

Not a thing

The location is good and like the sea view from the caravan.

Like the location which is easy to find. The view has been covered a bit by the building in front but still can see the sea. The property was clean and got most of the items we need.

It was self-catered and had all the necessary kitchen utensils. The property is well-furnished and immaculate. I will definitely book it again

The pool water could have been heated more as it was cool. The access between the lodges and pool could be better, as walking all the way around wasn't to pleasant.

A really great place to stay for either a short or longer say. Modern and clean accommodation in a lovely location just outside Barmouth. Very quiet and peaceful, and with amazing sea views. Staff were very friendly. We will be returning.

Perfect location, with superb pool, and raised area for drinks on an evening was lovely! Beach only 10-15 minutes walk. Caravan very clean and good that there was bleach and cleaning products provided if you needed them. Bottle of wine and welcome pack nice touch! Back to the pool though, it was a good size, really clean with sunloungers/chairs provided. Pool and pool area was never busy and as with the rest of the camp had amazing views and sunsets Booked return visit whilst we were there - perfect for us and our 7 year old

Struggling to think of anything. It looked like there was still some building and finishing off to do for example the evening lights around the pool area but other than that, nothing. Good to see investment.
