Location was perfect- fantastic view of the bay. 1st floor apartment- 10mins walk from the centre up a steep hill but not a problem for me. Plenty of parking .Apartment was exceptionally clean and the kitchen was well thought out and well equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, coffee pods, hamper bag and excellent knives and a large shower. There was a large screen tv and some nice touches in the décor. Very helpful informative hosts with a useful guide. Terrace was beautiful to watch the sunset.

Everything was great- would go back - think I was lucky with the weather. Next time I will plan activities in case the weather is rainy.

the views were fabulous, the apartment was spacious & very clean. I was especially impressed with the amount of kitchenware in the appartment, as a chef I was sceptical that I would have all the tools needed but to my surprise there was everything and more

Quiet , out of the way place with stunning views over the estuary. Apartment was very well appointed. The walk into the town takes about 10 minutes, the walk back a little longer as it is a good workout coming back up the hill.

The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. we struggled to book local restaurants but we were happy to cook and eat in. The owners were away so we were the only guests and therefore had the terrace and hot tub to ourselves. The area is brilliant for walking.

Always a warm welcome . Everything you need to make your stay comfortable is there . We took the dog this time no charge and towel bowels and treats where kindly put in our room for her . Even with trying to stay safe with covid rules the owners thought of everything without it spoiling our stay . Hot tub was lovely too . Sofa was better than the tub chairs that used to be in room much more cozy . We all had a lovely stay in a beautiful property so once again thank you for making our stay safe and comfortable.

Stunning location on the edge of Barmouth. Clean, well equipped and COVID secure. Heather & David pleasant hosts who provided a warm welcome. Useful information in the apartment including suggested walks and road trips. Short steep walk back from town didn’t bother us but some might find it a challenge!

We didn’t find the bed very comfortable.

There was nothing missing you had plenty of everything. Exceptionally clean it was far better than I hoped for. Steep climb up but more than worth it .It was also very quiet you could not hear anything.

Very impressed with the apartment 👌 very tastefully decorated and every need catered for. Lovely gesture by the hosts David and Heather there was milk and water in the fridge a selection of tea coffee etc to get you started and a lovely bottle of wine. Which I cannot remember thanking him for. The views from the lounge and bedroom of the estuary and railway bridge were beautiful, I was quite happy just to sit and look out across the water. The hosts had a large bird feeding station in their garden which was a hive of activity by some birds I have never seen before, very entertaining.

If walking back to the apartment the very steep climb was hard going, but relatively easy for our 8yr old grandson lol

Huge apartment with all the mod cons we needed. Great location with lovely views over the bay. Plenty of measures in place to keep Covid secure. Would definitely recommend.

Beds were a bit soft, but we're used to firm mattress at home. Apart from that, everything was great.

We all loved the hot tub and the views . It rained a little so the hot tub was great so we didn’t have to stay in the room. The apartment was lovely and very comfortable with two young children. It had everything I needed. Helpful friendly hosts too. I liked being up on the hill just out of town .

Nothing I didn’t like. The hill is very steep but I walked it with a buggy and a toddler !
