A warm friendly welcome on arrival, a bright, fresh room with a very comfortable bed and a wonderful sea view ensured a delightful break. The bathroom was scrupulously clean and the was easy to regulate. Lovely 😊

The only thing lacking was breakfast but that is the owners prerogative, so that was fine.

They were very friendly couple who answered questions very quickly. Lovely stay. I have been before and will come back again.

Wonderful, perfect hosts, friendly but not overbearing. Location a minute from the beach and about the same to the rail station. The rooms were spotless with a lot of thought and love given to the decor and layout. Plenty of tea making facilities. The highlight was lying on my bed looking out across the sea watching the sun go down and hearing the waves crash at night.

Beautiful room lovely and clean view was fantastic,host was very polite and helpful let us have room earlier than we expected and additional parking space.

Wasn't nothing to dislike,the only thing would say it's not a bed and breakfast which was fine but didn't want you to have food in room a microwave would have been nice

The organisation and view were excellent. It was peaceful and well equipped and presented. The matching bottle etc was smart too. Thoughtful details such as water and glass

Booked room at very short notice. Very accommodating. Great location and very homely. Parking is a bit of a problem but like all things it sorts itself out in the end. Very enjoyable stay and will return shortly.

I booked this for my parents for a couple of nights, and they absolutely loved the accommodation. It was clean, the room was a great size and the location was perfect. They were able to check in earlier aswell which was great. They would 100% stay here again and recommend.

It was a little bit cold on the second night and the water wasn't as warm as it was the day before. Regardles late time - it was 21:30 we called the owner and he fixed the water and heating very quickly. Thank you very much

The view was magnificent as we had the sea view. Plenty of room.

The TV was a bit small for the room size. Not that we watched it much but may have done if the weather had been bad.
