Very clean place, brilliant location, very friendly owners, hadn't stayed here in years so was nice to come back. Offered a late self check in which was perfect because we ended up running late, always responded promptly to our messages. Bed was very comfortable and the room was a decent size for us with plenty of space for clothes. Loved the little cleaning pack with the tea/coffee/etc. Breakfast was lovely and had 2 choices of times to book. Wonderful view out the window while eating.

The room we stayed in didn't have a view unfortunately and the bathroom was probably the smallest I've ever seen but it was functional and clean which is all you need really.

the owners were amazing! ended up having car issues and they were more than happy to help and were exceptional! lovely position by the beach, friendly neighbours with amazing surrounding scenery

Location was perfect, host very friendly and informative. Rooms good size and clean.

The mattress was slightly uncomfortable and sausages on the breakfast were budget (chip shop style sausage) better sausages would have made the breakfast much tastier along with a has brown.

Lovely overnight stay. View from the room is perfect. Extra marks for catering for vegan diet at breakfast, much appreciated.

The breakfast and the hosts were very nice and very helpful

The room had a view of a metal stair way and the neighbouring b and b. The whole b and b could do with a bit of a re=paint to freshen it up. The bathroom looked as though it was done recently, however the rest looked tired.

The breakfast 👍 but glass had chip.

The room was very tired. Paintwork was scuffed and faded. Heavy Dust all over the frame of the picture and television and wall frame.No towels in bathroom when we arrived. Only a small cube of soap as toiletries. The shower had to run so much water before comfortable temperature was achieved. I felt it was a false economy not to have a more economic shower fitted. I felt like washing my hands as soon as I got out of the door. Very expensive for the facilities that were provided. After watching Hotel Inspector on channel 5 tonight I would not recommend this guesthouse.

Breakfast was good, location was great.

Wallpaper coming away from walls, cobwebs everywhere, dirty walls and paintwork, horrible tatty towels, dog hair on stairs leading to room, uncomfortable beds. Very depressing room with view of fire escape and alleyway, it felt like staying in a doss house, you could hear every footstep from room above. We took one look at the room and started looking for another hotel, unfortunately everywhere was booked up due to the Bank Holiday Weekend. I'm astounded by the good reviews, maybe I got the worst room in the place (#1) I couldn't even imagine spending more than one night here.

Our room was very clean and the breakfast was very delicious.
