Beautiful Renovation 5 Minutes from Downtown Charleston and Shem Creek
Maison magnifiquement rénovée au coeur du mont. Agréable, proche de tout ce que Charleston a à offrir - à quelques minutes du centre-ville, de bons restaurants, de musées et de l’histoire. Près du pont, évitez la circulation sur Coleman et l'autoroute 17! Un trajet rapide, à pied ou à vélo vers Shem Creek et le secteur riverain. Si vous vous dirigez vers la plage, vous pouvez choisir l’île de Sullivans ou l’île de Palms. Les deux ont de belles plages de plages immaculées. Il y a un bateau public qui atterrit dans le quartier, alors apportez votre bateau!

We love it. Nice area and nice neighborhood

The house was clean, attractive, comfortable, well stocked and in a convenient location. The only thing we were disappointed about was that there is only counter seating for three people and no dining table -- I didn't notice that from the listing . Since we only had breakfast there it wasn't a problem for us but something to be aware of if you are planning family meals. Overall, it is a lovely place to stay and we would definitely recommend it!

This place provided us with everything we needed. It was clean, in a nice neighborhood, close to Charleston but a great quiet place to come home to in the evenings. Well stocked and organized. We had no problem with check in and the host responded quickly when we had a question. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, well-equipped house. The host was very responsive and the check in process seamless. It's perfectly situated between the historic Charleston peninsula and the area's best beaches. The back deck overlooked an expansive back yard, complete with a family of deer. We'd definitely return to this property on a future trip.

The unit was dirty, hair on the sheets, pillows so stained & smelly that you don't want to lay your head on them, had to sweep entire unit, unit/home smelled awful, towels old & stained & bleach spots on them. We left & couldn't stay here-unit contacts extremely difficult to deal with.

Perfect location just outside of the city. Close to attractions but a car is suggested as you will walk all day to see the city. Home is totally renovated and comfortable for 2 couples with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Definitely recommend staying here.

Wedding weekend
This location was perfect for us as it was close to Charleston for rehearsal dinner at Magnolias and the wedding venue near Mt. Pleasant. The house was spotless! The neighbors, friendly. Only a 10-15 minute drive to beautiful Sullivan's Beach, dependant on traffic. Shopping and food close by. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the queen mattress, otherwise, everything was perfect and we would absolutely rent here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay♥️

A trip with the girls
I would highly recommend this property. The owner was prompt with any and all of my questions and this charming home is in a great location. It is a very short drive to downtown Charleston and surrounding areas. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and it is so easy to get your morning walk in. The home was clean, inviting and perfect. The owner left us some great recommendation for dining too. A five star stay for us.

Perfect & Peaceful
Very clean and quiet, a perfect get-away. It was near enough and also far enough from Historic Charleston. We are 2 retired 60-something couples who enjoyed the sereneness of this great rental. It was so nice to come back and rewind with a glass of wine after exploring downtown Charleston. Our thanks to the owners for allowing us to enjoy their home. This is a home that we would definitely stay again.

Just Like Home
The location was excellent, close (short drive) to Charleston, Boone Plantation, shopping, groceries, etc. The house came equipped with many of the little things (salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc) that you need, but never really want to buy while you're on holiday. The house was roomy, clean and quiet. Very comfortable with lots of space. Instructions from the owner were clear and easy to understand. My only suggestion would be a bit more information on how to use a gas range as we were not familiar with that type of appliance.

If you are planning Charleston, SC trip ans would rather stay away feom the historic/downtown area, this is your place! I can’t rave enough about this conveniently located home. The drive into historic Charleston was never more than 13 minutes, close to many grocery stores and restaurants and an easy drive to visit the Isle of Palms. Great space for my family of four and the kitchen is pretty well stocked. I have to admit the only downfall were some of the neighbor noises late in the eve that the owner obviously can not do anything about but other than that, such an awesome stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we need to come back to Charleston.

Charleston Stay
My dad and I stayed here for the YALLFest weekend and it was everything we thought it would be. The home was quiet, clean, and close to any amenities we needed. It's just a stone's throw away from Charleston which made it convenient when we needed to be at the book festival. We would highly recommend anyone to contact them to stay, it was a very pleasant experience staying there. Would highly consider staying again if ever visiting Charleston.

Lovely remodeled cottage
The cottage was completely newly remodeled and tastefully done. There was an interior odor, possibly cigarette smoke that should be solved. Otherwise it was a great place to stay. Medium neighborhood but nice people and convenient location to downtown Charleston.

Home away from Home!
This little house was perfect for me and my friend who spent 6 days exploring Charleston , the Beaches, Shem Creek , isle of Palm , Sullivan’s island and on and on! Perfect cozy house on a quiet street - so clean and we’ll appointed. Highly recommend this place ! We will be back ! Little vendor on corner selling delicious local fruits and vegetables! We loved this home!!!

Nice place to stay .....
Nice place to stay updated inside, beds not as comfortable as would have like, housekeeper missed a few spots of cob webs in the kitchen window by the alcohol display. Front door was difficult to open you have to lift up the door knob while turning the deadbolt key entry. I contributed this to the humid weather and the door frame swelling. Quite area. All in all was good place to stay. Hope you like the coasters we got ya as a thank you!

This location was perfect for us. The house was updated and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked, however, a few extra dish cloths and kitchen towels would have been nice. The back deck could use some nicer chairs. But in all, we had a great time. I would definitely go back to this location. Thank you!

Nice Renovated Bungalow
The house was perfect for a wedding weekend for my husband and my daughter and her husband. The property manger was very prompt in getting back to us. The instructions were very clear and the house was very nicely furnished. So much more comfortable than a hotel would have been.

We enjoyed staying in this residential neighborhood. The house was great and sufficient with 2 full bathrooms for 2 couples. It is a quick drive to all the sights in down Charleston or to Shem creek. Would stay here again.
