Had a really great stay, very different from other hotels we stayed in in Vietnam. Architect designed with great attention to detail. Great ambience, lovely simple and healthy food with great flavours. The stsfd really made this place feel special. So helpful, interesting, and interested making very effort to make our stay great and memorable. The room was great... relaxing and comfortable with plenty of space to read, relax, and drink tea or beers. Easy access to the beach and so easy yo get a grab taxi to honi centre, the location is perfect for a few days - relaxing away from the hustle of Hoi An centre.

It's hard to find and issues with the hotel - the aircon was a little unpredictable, but it was not an problem!

The beautiful design of the property was so serene & relaxing, you felt is as soon as you walked through the door. The staff are exceptional, so welcoming and always wanting to make your stay better. Eating at the cafe for breakfast & lunch was some of the best food we ate during our time in Vietnam

The only down side is the Barefoot Bar across the road which seems to be a hangout for backpackers and can be a bit noisy until midnight

Dechiu was aesthetically very beautiful. From top to bottom, art is everywhere. It is located on a lovely quiet strip looking over the ocean (it's across the road rather than on the beach) and the staff are absolutely delightful. Breakfast was a choice of a western breakfast and a Vietnamese breakfast - we chose Vietnamese each day, and it was absolutely delicious.

It is beautiful as it is simple. The higher cost to other hotels in the area is not necessarily reflected in any greater amenities. The price was still reasonable by standards back home, but some may struggle to see value. In extending our stay in Hoi An to enjoy a few days in the Old Town, we had a lake view hotel at literally half the price and which had more facilities.

The interior design is incredible, full of inspirational details and they also sell beautiful ceramics from Hanoi. It is really beautifully designed. The staff is lovely and very devoted to make you feel at home all the time. Breakfast options were ok for us and the coffee was great.

There’s a big down side that customers should be aware of because it really affected our holiday. There are two beach clubs in front of Dechiu. We stayed three nights and for two days they both played really loud disco music which made it impossible to rest up till midnight. We wanted to spend some time reading and taking it easy as we had been traveling for a long time and it was really frustrating as we were in the middle of two different dj sets making an horrible and loud noise. One night we were about to leave but we couldn’t find any alternative place because it was too late. Make sure, before booking, there will be no parties going on. I am so sorry Dechiu has to deal with that because the staff is really sweet, the rooms are amazing and the decor impeccable.

My friend and I had a lovely stay at Dechiu, the rooms are decorated very tastefully and the whole place has a lot of character. The bed was super comfortable and the staff attentive. Breakfast is good with one western and one Vietnamese choice and the staff was helpful. The location is near the beach, walking distance to some of the beach bars and you can borrow bikes too. Hoi An old town js a short taxi ride away.

There were some construction works going on around the hotel which clouded the view of the sea view rooms.

The property was gorgeous, comfortable, and spacious!

Dechiu is something different and very special. Unique decor, quiet, incredibly helpful friendly staff, walking distance over the dunes to the enormous beach, and about 15 minute drive into Hoi An old city. Really perfect holiday spot

This place was everything I needed. I completely disconnected and had this amazingly well design space to accommodate my needs. Very close to the beach and a nice little walk to the more crowded area. I wish every hotel was this peaceful. the bed and pillows were so comfortable and the staff was always available and helpful.

The design of the place is really perfect. You enter to a very quiet and peaceful place. The staff did an amazing job, supporting us in any request we might have. Last but not least, the food (Thanks to Ms. Chi) is absolutely amazing.
