Directly at the beach, the location can’t be better. We had the spacious “Breeze” room with a cosy daybed on the porch. the room is simple and functional. the air conditioner works well. the bathroom under the open air is wonderful and the staff is helpful and friendly. you can order breakfast the night before or you just go to one of the many places nearby. Cosy Corner Café is a 4 minute walk away and serves great breakfast. to go ti the city center of Hoi An you just call a taxi. they are always handy and the ride is about 10 minutes and 4 US dollars.

A great little homestay directly behind the beach dune. During the time of our booking the pin on the map on booking.com was more in the sea and we couldn't find it on Google maps. It's called Ocean House Homestay on maps, if you want to look it up. It's situated at the end of a small alley leading to the beach. They have optional breakfast, which is delivered to your terrace every morning. It's got a really exceptional location from our point of view. There are no bigger beach restaurant near it and no hotels, so you only share this part of the beach with a few people and it's really quiet. Two local families rent out beach chairs and umbrellas. You can get food and drink from them also. We had lunch here every day. The little restaurant Mr Hoas around the corner was awesome. We went there every night. We wanted our stay at this Homestay to be our peaceful break between all the traveling and sightseeing in Vietnam and it was the right choice.

I called the homestay because I heard the address was not correct. They were able to talk to my taxi driver and the maid greeted us at the taxi drop off because no cars are allowed on the tiny street where the homestay is located. She took us to our room where we got our key. The Homestay is the last gate on the left before you go down a small hill to access the beach. We stayed in the three bed bungalow and the top floor had a relaxing bed area outside were you can see the ocean. Also loved that they had some beach toys for kids and plenty of space to hang your own hammock.

In the three bed Bungalow (I say it that way because it is not three bedrooms. It has a master bedroom and a living room and then you go up a ladder/stairs to access another two beds and another bathroom. It is nice, but not suited for small children. I have a three year old and one year old. The 3 year old made it up the steep and short stairs but also fell once. I had to watch my baby closely because he wanted to climb the cement stairs that lead up to the steep ones, he fell twice. My husband and I took the upstairs beds while the kids took the master. Still the Bungalow is nice though.

beautiful setting at the end of the beach and on the beach ( garden gives onto it). Quiet except for the waves- just what we were looking for. Lovely deck to relax on upstairs and also a bed/ sofa outdoors downstairs.

We went out for breakfast as there were nice cafes as the options weren’t that attractive in the menu. Not a criticism

Ocean House An Bang is the perfect, rustic beach-house. It is a relaxed atmosphere yet close to everything. This is a great place to stay. The staff are friendly and super-helpful.

Very close to the beach. I could hear the sounds of waves.

Noone informed how to get the room, so I had to walk around the area for more than 30mins. Hot water run out in 10mins.

The accommodation is very private and right on the beach. The receptionist is very nice and caring.

Great location, direct access to the beach. Can't ask for me when it comes to the location. Quite a few nice restaurants and cafes nearby.

Lighting in the room needs improvement, Needs a bit more lighting in the room. At night, one can hardly read any book. Make sure to shut the doors in the evening and do not leave food exposed in the room to prevent insects and crawlers coming in from outside. Also, they do not provide basic coffee, tea & sugar. You will need to organise your own.

The property is on the beach, clean and comfortable. The outdoor shower is a big plus. There are quite a few restaurants close by. The day-beds on both floors are nice and relaxing, we have a good view of the beach on top foor. Good for quiet and relaxing holiday.

A blanket would be nice instead of a bed sheet. The lights could be a litle bit brighter, however it is my personal preference.

Everything was amazing, I will definitely come back again, the property,the area and the staff were Everything you ask for.

Nothing I didn't like

Direct to the beach; cozy atmosphere of the house, garden and enough space. The housekeeping is great, they clean every day your room and towels and can make breakfast for you. Although we do not use this service. Shower outside and nice garden view with possibility to sit outside or in the veranda. The description of the house is 3 villa”s. But it is one big house with 3 units/ rooms which you can use separate with joined use of the garden. 1x 2 persons room with veranda and garden view. 1x5 persons house with 2 rooms (main house with 2x twin bed and 1x single bed). With veranda and garden/ sea view. 1x 2 persons separate house with own veranda, but without view. You can also book the whole house for a max. Of 9 person. Then you have 4 twin beds and 1 single.

There is no sea view anymore from the garden. Better to update the photo or to clip the trees and bush. The kitchen is outside, but not really suitable and clean for own use.

Nice house with 5 rooms just at the beach. You walk 30 seconds from here to the water. That was awesome. The rooms are quite nice, clean and spacious. Air condition and WiFi worked well.

You have to park your car farther away cause the street is too narrow to get to the house by car but that was okay. I did not like the breakfast, sorry. The rooms to the garden in the ground floor do not have much privacy cause the path for all guests and the staff is leading just in front of their terraces. But in total it is a good place to stay.
