Location spettacolare, come in foto. La posizione è molto comoda, con le biciclette che mettono a disposizione gratuitamente si arriva a tutti i punti di interesse. Colazione abbondante e molto varia, tutto buonissimo! Staff gentile e disponibile

Nella nostra tipologia di camera il letto sul soppalco era un po’ scomodo, e l’ambiente molto caldo. Ma è presente l’aria condizionata quindi si risolve il problema. Inoltre lo shuttle gratuito per il centro e la spiaggia è programmato solo in certi orari, ma basta organizzarsi

Loved our stay here. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Thuy-Y-Hoa was so helpful and friendly and chased down a few special requests for me. The pool area is a highlight and we enjoyed chatting to other visitors while sipping cocktails. We stayed in the floating bungalow and thought it was magical, and extra spacious. The cooling in the rooms is great. The free shuttle into town or the beach is really useful.

Lovely grounds and staff. The pool is lovely and a welcome break from the busy streets of Hoi An. Easy to get into town on hotel shuttle or cheap grab.

We stayed at Zest while we were on our honeymoon and absolutely loved the place! The staff are the highlight, and definitely the best service we have had in Vietnam (South, Central and North included), going the extra mile to make us feel special. Thuy was the manager while we were there and could not thank her enough. The gardens within and surrounding the property were immaculate and made us feel like we were in a secluded tropical island. Prices to drink and eat at the hotel are extremely reasonable, and the staff were very happy to organise our tours throughout our stay. Bikes were a lifesaver. We will definitely be back if we ever visit Vietnam again! Winner

From the moment we arrived at Zest Resort we felt relaxed and welcome. It's in an absolutely gorgeous location that's even nicer than the photos and the staff were incredible, going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and looked after. They have a great restaurant with an amazing breakfast selection and their free shuttle into Hoi An was great as it's a little bit out of town, about 15mins drive to the beach and 15mins to town. This wasn't an issue with us because it was worth it staying in a tranquil and quiet location. The pool was so relaxing and a great place to end the day, as was the spa! Staff were fine with us checking in early and let us use the pool and showers in the afternoon after we had checked out which was very kind. It was one of the best hotel experiences we have had in Vietnam and we were so sad to leave!

We love Zest! It is so tranquil and relaxing. A little out of town but free shuttle bus to beach and town makes up for the beauty & serenity of the location. The staff are amazing. They go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. We will be back again next year!

Since our stay last year they have added cocktail happy hour which is great but would be good to add beer to happy hour also.

Ongelooflijk rustig midden in het groen met een zeer aangenaam zwembad en leuk decor met nul muggebeten want dankzij de organisatie van hun planten en stevig onderhoud zijn deze beestjes niet aanwezig.

Nos alojamos en el camarote y nos ha encantado. Es muy cómodo, cama amplia y buenas almohadas. Total silencio para el descanso. La piscina es grande y viene de fábula. Tienen bus para acercarte al pueblo y la playa. También tienen bicis gratuitas para dar una vuelta por los arrozales y el coconut river. Todos los trabajadores son muy amables y con una sonrisa siempre. El desayuno es muy variado tanto en cosas frías como calientes. Todo un acierto para nuestro fin de viaje en Vietnam.

Beautiful boutique resort set in rice oaddys on the fringe of Hoi An. Regular courtesy busses link the beach and the old town or take advantage of the complementary bicycles. Lovely, peaceful getaway, and excellent service from the staff.

Sehr schönes Anlage! Alles war in bester Ordnung. Super Shuttle Angebot mehrmals täglich. Die Küchen war hervorragend. Personal war hilfsbereit und immer freundlich.

Réservation improvisée et malgré tout très heureuse. Très bon accueil, cadre bucolique, piscine et bar très bien.

Le dernier jour, au matin, le voisin a découvert qu'il avait une perceuse, et qu'il avait des travaux à faire. Dommage, mais le reste compensait bien ! Le mobilier des chambres est un peu vintage.

L’hôtel est un havre de paix à quelques km de ma ville.

La verdad es que todo en el hotel es fantástico. Sus instalaciones, las habitaciones, el magnífico desayuno, la comodidad de las camas, la tranquilidad del entorno... El personal, súper. En realidad, todo muy magnifico.

Algunas cosas empiezan a estar viejas o desgastadas y precisarían renovación... Son puntuales pero si las mejoraran seria un hotel 10/10 Por otro lado, se encuentra a mitad de camino de la ciudad y la playa, aunque el hotel ofrece shuttle para llevarte y revogerte a ambos sitios. Si los horarios no te convienen, los Grap (bolt vietnamita) te ofrecen el servicio por apenas 2 €, por la que no es un problema.

Super hôtel, avec un très bon emplacement. Pas trop loin de la ville et au calme. Personnel a l écoute et très gentil ! Chambre spacieuse et propre. Le spa est un vrai plus.

Le petit déjeuner peut être car nous y sommes restés 5 nuits et pas beaucoup de changements dans les choix mais c'est vraiment pour chipoter

The staff were amazing - I didn’t get her name but one lady in particular was so attentive and helpful. The pool area was lovely, rooms great and massage and facial also great! Would love to go back.

The location might not suit some people as it’s a bit out of the way but they have a shuttle a few times a day and you can get cheap taxi/Grabs.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne und erholsame Zeit im Zest Resort! Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft angelegt, mit einem toll gepflegten Gelände und einem sehr sauberen und großen Pool. Die Lage ist perfekt für alle, die gerne auch mal ihre Ruhe vom Tourismus haben wollen. Durch den Shuttle-Service ist man in 10 min mitten in Hoi An. Da das Shuttle nur ca. alle 2 h fährt, ist auch ein Grab mit 80k kein Problem. Auch Fahrräder stehen jederzeit kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer war ein absoluter Traum, großzügig angelegt und sauber, jeden Tag gab es frisches Wasser. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und man konnte sich durch alles durchprobieren. Ganz besonders ist uns das herzliche und extrem hilfsbereite Personal aufgefallen, immer bemüht, dass sich alle Gäste wohlfühlen. Wir möchten ganz besonders Thuy hervorheben, die sich jeden Morgen so lieb nach uns am Frühstückstisch erkundigte, uns bei Ausflügen unterstützte und mir als ich krank wurde, mehrfach Ingwertee bringen ließ. Danke für alles! Wir aßen krankheitsbedingt mehrfach im Hotel, was auch immer super lecker war! Der Transfer mit dem Taxi zum Flughafen Da Nang für 350k klappte reibungslos über das Hotel. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter empfehlen, es lohnt sich!!!

Le service est impeccable 👍. Nous avons apprécié l'attention pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Notre chambre située près des escaliers était bruyante, ils nous ont changé de chambre dans la foulée. Le personnel est au petit soin. Vélo à disposition. Scooter en location. navette pour la plage ou le centre.

Traumhaft,die Schiffskabine inmitten einer grünen Oase!! Der Service war perfekt,persönliche und richtig familiär !! Wir waren schon das zweite Mal dort und kommen wieder! Bestes Hotel für uns in Hoi An!!!!

La localisation était top, au calme, à 10 min du centre en scooter. Le personnel est top et le petit déjeuner excellent.

People, facilities, pool, everything was very nice and different from other places. The restaurant offered a great menu especially in the morning. Prices for lunch and dinner were very reasonable. Good place to go away from the traffic and noise of Hoi An

Size of the room vs the price was little disappointed but the design of the room was excellent. The walls are not so insulated, so if you have a singing neighbor or people with sleep apnea, you have to bring your earplugs.

Wow I’m not sure where to start with this review. From kind, caring staff to incredible buffet breakfast to well designed bedroom and bathrooms. This is truly a 5 star hotel. It was a romantic birthday getaway and Thung pulled out all the stops to make it a trip of a lifetime. From birthday notes on our bed to introducing herself at breakfast. We had a room upgrade as we wanted to stay an extra night and it was so special. Myself and my partner enjoyed ever second of Zest. It’s a true oasis and the hotel feels so private from all angles. It’s an intimate spa hotel with a fantastic layout and luxurious spa. We couldn’t fault the place and we cannot wait to come back again!!! Magical

This is our second visit back to the resort and we loved it. The grounds of the resort are well kept and beautiful with lots of trees, plants and flowers. The staff of this resort are the super stars, they are amazing and go out of their way to help and support the guests. Great drinks! Food is delicious and the breakfast is more than enough. They are very careful with allergies and do their best to accommodate.

There really is not much I can say against this resort. Perhaps, to bring down the spa prices to be more relative to that of in town prices? This is a beautiful resort, with well appointed rooms and staff.

We LOVED all shared facilities of the hotel, the pool area, the breakfast area, the surroundings! Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful with all questions, and very polite! When it comes to the rooms, we were very satisfied with the choice we made (deluxe double with external bathroom). For our last night, we even got a free upgrade which was massively appreciated! Breakfast was superb as well and overall our stay was very much enjoyed!

Nothing major to note! What could be done better is to have mosquito repellents inside the rooms, to ensure that the mosquitos do not visit during the night sleep!

This was the best resort we had in Vietnam. The area is absolutely gorgeous decorated with a great sense of detail. The location was perfect for us, just a few minutes from the famous coconut village, with a shuttle around 5 times a day to Hoi An and the beach. The pool is wonderful, you might even take a coconut boat or go fishing in the lake within the resort. You feel absolutely welcomed by the staff, especially Thuye - who does everything to make you feel at home and to arrange all of the tours or day trips for you.
