Location is really nice, away from the hustle and bustle of General Luna. Good cooker and pan which was convenient for cooking. Shower was also nice with lots of water coming out. The staff were very kind although we had an issue with the room that we booked that they could not solve (not necessarily their fault). If u book, make sure are the ones at the top level there’s no difference money wise and they are so much better. We ended up with the room on the ground floor which changed our experience completely.

The rooms at the ground floor are not that nice, they are dark, almost no sunlight even on sunny days, not as shown in the pics. Also they have no space to be outside so you have to be at the dark room or the common space outside (which only has tables, not so much for chilling). WiFi is not good but that might be in all the island. At one point we had to change room and the started calling many times at 7/8/9 am which was crazy coz check out was at 11. Other days they woke us up with hammering notices and craning the window, that was also a bit annoying.

There is a guy named BBoy and he’ll provide you the best service!!!

There is the very noisy air condition and some ants in the bathroom.

The Filipino staff were nice people, Biboy and a couple of ladies cleaning the place. The owner (maybe Korean) isn't welcoming. He looked unhappy with life. The aircon in the room is good.

There was a not so pleasant smell in the bathroom.

Large room, quiet location, great staff and service. The manager helped us to arrange all tour booking (great price) and also did the BBQ for our New Year eve party. We also rented the bike from the hotel (great price as well!). Best in Siargao for the service! They also arranged the airport pick up for us on our arrival.

They have complete amenities, the rooms were clean and spacious, and it’s walking distance to the beach which is convenient. The owners were very nice and accommodating. There’s an atm in front of the accommodation too. I would 100% recommend this place.

Nothing. It was perfect

Another great stay, our 8th and it's like our home away from home. The staff was great again as always we had our favorite house again just steps from a nice uncrowed beach. With the large kitchens we cook most our meals here. The Honda click we rented right here zips the 3 of us around the island and to the market and only 10 minutes away with from the hot spots in gl. We will be coming back next month for 2 more weeks.

Only that we had to leave.

This was our fifth time we stayed here, and we had a great time again the owners are hands-on and are always there to help with anything we need like renting a motor, airport and ferry boat transfers or booking trips. The rooms are nice and large and a couple minutes walk to a nice beach. We will be back for Christmas.

Realmente no nos gustó el alojamiento pero el personal fue amable y servicial en todo momento

Estaba lleno de insectos por los suelos, techos y paredes e incluso alguno en la cama. Tuvimos varios apagones de luz que nos impedían hacer vida en el alojamiento. Por el precio que pagamos esperábamos algo un poco más decente donde poder descansar.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Siargao. The property's peaceful location was ideal, offering easy access to the main attractions. Yayay, the host, was incredibly helpful, assisting us with airport transfers, transportation, and arranging tours. Our room was well-equipped, allowing us to cook and feel at home. Considering the amenities and service received, the place provided excellent value for money. Yayay's hospitality added to the overall positive experience, making it a delightful stay.

The rooms were very spacious and nice it had a kitchenette! We also loved that our room had a balcony. The location is close to general luna (lots of cool restaurants and bars) which is easily to reach by scooter or trycicle.

Unfortunately, there were regular brownouts (not the fault of the hotel).

The location was close to a very nice beach which you could walk to. Also, they had some scooters that you could rent which was very convenient.

The property is near the town and the beach. It’s spacious too and complete amenities for cooking. Good stay, owner was very helpful on our tours and transport. Thank you.

It was clean, and gives us a homey kind of feeeling, the staff were also very accomodating and helpful especially in giving ideas in which other places to visit and what activities the island has to offer and for us to try.

The wifi, its understandable that the signal is a bit slow, but it not a necessity for us, just when we need to work.

We spent 9 nights at the Yay yay villa and it was fine for our family. We had a kitchen and everything we needed to do our own breakfast, evening meal. Nice and quiet and next to a beach. The couple always helped out when needed. We hired scooters the whole time. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Really nice to have a balcony. Authentic area. Village life. They are a very kind couple.

Not their fault and seems like everywhere on the island, but there were often power cuts. The garden is lovely but not comfortable to want to sit in it so we spent most of our time on the balcony.
