It wasn't as clean as we expected it to be. The location to get there we had to walk along a bendy road which cars travel at about 30mph. I have polycystic kidney disease and I notice wherever I stay the beds aggravate my kidneys because they are too hard. There should be an option where mattress toppers are available upon request

when we arrived greeted by the front a door bucket of fag ends and the oven -sofa-and microwave dirty -there was no hot water during our stay and instructions did not match . We had no dinner plates to eat our meal off and borrowed some from property next door.The bed and bedding very poor and uncomfortable ....we were so disappointed. We were so looking forward to this break.

Nothing really as at the time of booking it was advertised as it’s 100 metres from the beach (and same shows on the maps when you click on their location) which is an absolute joke as its a good 15 min drive from the beach.

The double bed made more sounds than old trolley, mattress worn out, toilet leaking, no locks on doors in the bathroom, far from anything, without a car you have nothing to do there! Staff never showed around, didn’t explain about hot tub use etc. You can’t swim or use bath tub after 8pm which is ridiculous for the summer time. Wifi wasn’t working, called reception to be told he can’t help and we got to wait until next day. False info about location, said its 100 metres from the beach and walking distance to the supermarket- not true! The worst spent money and it wasn’t cheap! I don’t respect businesses like this who only think about making money but not actually about making an effort and earn that money in a fair way! Disgusting! Avoid at all costs!

There was no hot water on arrival. We had to wait for it to heat up before taking a bath. The TV remote does not work properly. Not your fault but the neighbouring guests were noisy and late one night there were loud voices and foul language outside.The bath sealant needs replacing. The bath panel needs cleaning. The electric shower has a very poor flow. The bed squeaks badly ( a previous guest had complained of this in the visitors book) As we were asked to remove all bedlinen, I discovered that the duvet, mattress protector and mattress were badly stained and this is totally unacceptable. I would never put a guest in a bed like that.
