La maison de luxe situé sur le côté ouest de l'avenue Avalon à 2,402 Avalon Ave. Avalon, NJ dans le très recherché après communauté de plage d'Avalon. Situé en face de la plage de bloc cette belle 6 chambres, 5 salles de bain maison unifamiliale offre une grande proximité de tout. Plage et la promenade est un pâté de maisons, les loisirs de la famille à seulement 5 pâtés de maisons. Centre de la ville et faire du shopping 3 pâtés de maisons! Le premier étage dispose d'une chambre familiale avec un bar, une buanderie, une chambre avec un lit king, une autre chambre avec 2 lits simples et une 3ème chambre avec 2 ensembles de lits superposés. Le deuxième étage a la cuisine, salle à manger, salon, une chambre à coucher avec lit queen, et une chambre avec deux lits simples. Le troisième étage a une suite de maître décorée avec goût avec un lit king .... 6 chambres en tout! Piscine chauffée et jacuzzi parfait après une journée à la plage sont bien soignés avec des jouets de piscine pour votre après-midi de plaisir.

It was just perfect for our family. We loved the layout of the house, access to the beach and the shopping. We rated it one of our better beach trips.

Great beach house for a big family. Private and common space are plentiful. Well stocked and clean. Great location. Owner communicates well and made sure our stay was wonderful!

We loved the home and it was perfect for our family Christmas.
The only thing was that on the drawings of the 6 bedroom description, it stated two rooms with two twin beds. It actually was one room with two twin beds and one room with a queen bed. It also looked like the custom bunk room was listed twice. We had plenty of room but it just changed how we did room assignments.
Otherwise, stocked kitchen, he ordered plenty of toilet paper and paper towels for our stay. He was quick to respond and check in was very easy. Beautifully decorated and fantastic updated bathrooms. I would highly recommend!

My husband and I loved this house, and we certainly appreciated the luxury of being able to bring our dogs along with us! The house is stunningly, beautiful, and very close to the beach… Just one block away! We will definitely be asking to rent this house again in the future! Many thanks for a wonderful time!

The house was beyond lovely with everything we needed. I would highly recommend. We knew ahead of time that we needed to bring sheets and towels which was a bit of a burden. Next time I think I would rent these.

Just one disappointment- we could not light the gas fireplace

Appreciated the heads up, albeit the day before, to bring our own sheets and towels. Needed a heads up that there was no paper towels, no trash bags, and importantly no bath soap, shampoo or toilet paper in any bathroom. We had to go shopping on arrival and ended up being late to rehearsal dinner.

This house was perfect for a winter getaway.
Even with a blizzard during our stay, we loved the location and the house kept us plenty warm and comfortable. The kitchen was set up perfectly for family cooking and visiting.

We were 2 families - 4 adults and 5 teenagers. The house was huge and easily accommodated our group. The main room was great for socializing. We stayed in and cooked 2 nights and had dinner around the large dining table. Other time was spent congregated around the large kitchen island. We even watched a movie together (with 5 teenagers - that might never happen again ;-).
The weather wasn't great during our stay, but thankfully the spa / pool worked so well. We figured out how to properly operate the heat and jets (thanks to Kevin's texts and photos), and spent many hours in the heated pool.
We would definitely stay again.

Kevin's place was very clean and nice. He was very quick to answer questions also. The only downside of the stay was that there was no toilet paper/paper towel/dishwasher soap and stuff that we wouldn't normally pack for the trip. It would've been better if that was noted on the listing so we could've prepared.

I would definitely recommend this house for large families looking to stay all together. We didn’t end up bringing our pets but being pet friendly is such a nice feature. The rooms were large enough for us to fit comfortably and have some kiddos running around (extra important because we stayed off season so it was too cold to spend much time outside). The location was amazing being just 1 block from the water. The house was reasonably clean and reasonably stocked with supplies. We did need to bring some dish soap, toilet paper, dish detergent and similar things. All the usual cooking supplies, utensils and dishes were available. Some of the furniture Is a little worn but nothing is in disrepair and it actually created areas that felt “safe” for kids. All in all it was perfect, thank you Kevin!

House was not clean, garbage in kitchen can. dirty dishes. Nobody cleaned before we came. Furnishing were very worn. Master on 3rd floor was an issue. Stairs were very steep for the elderly and dogs. Pool heater didn't operate correctly. But we had a great time.

Great location, nice home and great communication.
I would recommend the home and stay there again.
My only note would be - this is the first home rental we have ever stayed at that didn’t not even have trash bags in the cans, toilet paper in most bathrooms, or paper towels. Maybe it’s due to covid, not sure. We still had a fine time and made due. We just extra enjoy home rentals that are well stocked and welcoming in that sense.

Although pool and jacuzzi were open (rented early Oct) the water temp wasn't very warm

Enjoyed our time at the house. Very disappointed that there were many things in the house that needed repairs when we arrived (shower doors loose, stairway posts loose enough to fall out, loose kitchen cabinet door, broken lamps & missing light bulbs everywhere). The owner offered to have someone come & fix everything. Don't understand why things weren't taken care of before being rented.
