Incredible location within walking distance of the bars/restaurants. Tons of outdoor deck space. Nice bedrooms with plenty of room. Overall great property / experience in Avalon. The hosts were excellent and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again

My (now) husband and his siblings stayed at this house during our wedding weekend. His siblings are married and have very small children. The house was clean and spacious. This house was perfect location-wise, especially for my husband’s family who is not familiar with Avalon or Stone Harbor! The hosts were very gracious.

An incredible home in a beautiful location! Easy access to the main drag in and out of Avalon, lots of walking areas to see the town, and the water. The home was spacious, plenty of room for 3 couples, 3 singles and a baby. All appliances worked well and were easy to work. Overall great time and would stay again!

Was just right for what we needed.

The house was very clean, cozy and spacious for our large group! Very close to restaurants and shops. About a 10 min walk to the beach. Jim and Stephanie were very responsive. We enjoyed sitting out on the several patios and enjoyed evenings by the propane fire pit!

We had a beautiful weekend in Avalon, Jim and Stephanie provided the perfect place for two families to stay and relax. We hit the beach during the days, walked to the Princeton for Drinks and dinner. Hung out on the decks in between. The house was super clean, and plenty of space for all of us. Would definitely come back again!

We enjoyed our stay at Jim and Stephanie’s home. The accommodates and decor exceeded our expectations, the amenities where above and beyond, there was nothing missing or that we wanted for and the location was perfect.

The property was nicely decorated and cleaner than most properties that we've rented. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well appointed and we had everything we needed. Jim and Stephani were very responsive to all of our questions and great hosts. The only issue we had was the bunk beds because of the ceiling height and ceiling fan. No one could use the top bunk but the lower bunk is new and comfortable. It's a great property with owners who care about your comfort and are very responsive to your needs. From the moment we booked our stay, Jim and a Stephanie have been so kind and welcoming! This was our first trip to Avalon and I had my 4 month old daughter with me for her first beach trip! The home was absolutely perfect. Extremely clean, large, and in a great location!! We especially loved the deck off the second floor as we spent our evenings drinking wine and playing games. From start to finish, Jim and his wife were completely professional and organized with our stay. I was nervous at first because my family was staying here for my wedding weekend and had so many other things to worry about and get done and Jim made it so easy and accomodating for us. The location is absolutely perfect and the home is even better than the pictures show - with views from almost every angle of the house. Wish we could run the weekend back! HIGHLY Recommend this vacation home and thank you Jim and Stephanie for a very special weekend.

Super convenient to the town, beach and bay.

The property owners were very nice and communicated well with us throughout the entire process, booking thru the trip. The property was updated and decor was nice. However, one of my concerns before the trip was the cleanliness of the property due to traveling with an infant during Covid. I was assured the property would be cleaned before our arrival. Although the property was cleaned, it was surface best. Under beds and couches laid items and dust thick enough to see. The bathroom in the master bedroom had dust webs on the wall vents and wall behind the door. Whoever the cleaning crew is, needs some additional direction of how to thoroughly clean for the future. We also noticed a cat urine smell on the bottom level of the property, especially when the temperature was on the warmer side. The mattress in the master bedroom was beyond firm. There was no spring at all, I don’t recommend that room for anyone with back issues or anyone who wants a good nights sleep at all. Finally, the property mentioned that it sleeps 10-12, and although that was accurate, having enough hot water for that many people was a huge issue. With 4 bathrooms, nobody could shower at the same time and wait times for water to warm up was needed.

We loved staying here with our family and friends, 9 in total. Great location to restaurants and shops.

Bay and Beach are both an easy walk (one block to public dock, four blocks beach). One block from the best shops and restaurants in Avalon. House is beautifully decorated inside and has two reserved parking spots which turned out to be important during a busy week with many people partying and gathering despite COVID.

Having had a hard time finding a rental through our usual avenues this year(boo 2020) we tried VRBO. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to secure the rental and communicate with the owners. They were very responsive And answered all questions House itself is very clean and spacious. Enjoyed the proximity to downtown Avalon, restaurants, ice cream, mini golf. Kids could walk with no worry of picking them up at night. Having rented in Avalon for over 25 yrs I was worried about the “over the 21st bridge” party area but was also pleasantly surprised at how it has become and is becoming more family oriented. A lot has changed In that area. We had a wonderful week stay!

The house was clean. There was plenty of room. The house was modern and recently renovated. There are 4 balconies, one with a gas grill. The area is nice. It is located close to the bay and town but still walkable to the beach. There is a driveway with room for 2 cars.

The place is awesome. Beautifully maintained and in a great location close to everything in Avalon. The owner Jim is a great guy and very responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend staying here.
