It was a beautiful hotel with great staff & within walking distance to the arena

It was a bit expensive

The staff were so friendly and professional. The lobby coupled with a latte in the morning was lovely. I also enjoyed the pool and steam room.

There was nothing I did not like.

amazing location to Rogers place! a 5-10 min walk INSIDE! No having to brave the -25 temps! Room was comfy and clean, rain shower had really good water pressure, quiet. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful.

The outside "greeter" was a little abrupt and annoyed when we pulled up front and asked if we could off load our bags, Refused to answer my husbands question until he became equally abrupt. The Braven restaurant was disappointing. Food was mediocre at best, over seasoned and not hot...mashed potatoes were good. We expected more for a 140$ meal with no alcoholic beverages.

Absolutely nothing

The staff was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and helpful! We travelled with our 10 week old daughter and they had prepared the room with a crib, bottle warmer, diaper garbage, baby bathtub, microwave and kettle.
