The staff were lovely and so helpful. The villa was nice & spacious. We loved the breakfasts.

As some others mentioned, the pool was very cold so we didn't spend too much time in there - it might be better in the hotter weather! It was lovely to look at though & relaxing to sit by the pool and read. On one night we had some loud party noises nearby, but the other nights we didn't hear anything (except the roosters - but we easily got used to that & it didn't bother us). Taman Dedari nearby was nice, but there weren't a lot of other options for eating out. We had some trouble getting Gojeks/Grabs - I think because the property is a little isolated and there was lots of traffic in Ubud. But overall we enjoyed our stay at the property.

Beautifully built hotel gives full vibes of staying in the forest. Has full privacy including the pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Be aware of little reptiles and frogs, since it has forest vibes. Vegetarian options for breakfast are not that great.

The villas are divided by a simple wall and you can hear everything your neighbour is talking about because the bathroom is only 3/4 covered and the bathrooms are next to each other.

The staff were lovely and friendly. The private pool was great. Great location, nearby some really nice places to eat and traffic wasn’t bad because we weren’t in the centre. The place was cleaned daily and offered laundry service. Breakfast was good everyday, different fruits each time and we got packed breakfast when leaving early for the airport on the last day which was nice.

The sounds of nearby roosters from 4am to 9am nonstop and very loud, was hard to sleep in the mornings, bring earplugs. The buildings were not sound proofed. The bath needs to be replaced it was worn away and not really useable which was disappointing.

Beautiful stay with a nice pool. Food was delicious. Staff is very accommodating and respectful of your privacy. We recommend visiting Taman Dedari, it's a beautiful restaurant at a five-minute walking distance.

There were loudly barking dogs every night. The shower was either slightly too hot or too cold.

the villa is very beautiful and private the whole place was very clean a lot of different breakfast options the hosts were super accommodating (even prepared breakfast boxes for us when we told them we would be leaving very early in the morning for a trip!)

We liked everything!!! Beautiful room with garden and private pool, sooo luxurious and clean and romantic, one of the best places we ever stayed at. Great food, everything served at your room, and even though I red in some reviews that insects likes it, it is not true. We didn't meet asny bugs, only heard some gekkos making really cute sounds. You also have transfer to Ubud to an affordable price, we really recommend it, nice and helpful staff with big smileys, try it!

We loved our stay at Forest villas. The staff were wonderful and very responsive on WhatsApp for anything you need - food, transport, washing, extra towels etc! When our portacot didn’t arrive they set one up for us in the room. The breakfast was served in our villa every morning. The room was very nicely decorated with a large comfortable bed and cleaned daily. The pool and garden were lovely too. The villa is located about 10-15 drive from Ubud centre. We chose and liked the location because it was quiet and relaxing, however, it might not suit everyone.

There are a few great restaurants within walking distance but not a huge range. You have to take a taxi to most restaurants/spas/shopping areas.

Great value for money! We really enjoyed our 5-nights stay in Ubud. Well-maintained, spacious, nice decorated villa with quite big private pool and beautiful garden. There is no vis-a-vis, separate entrance, full privacy. We had every day cleaning of very good quality. It was really clean everywhere, including swimming pool. Additional service is very good too. We had some choice for breakfast, which we ordered just by WhatsApp every day. We also used laundry service, lunch / dinner order directly to our villa, bike rent, transfer to the other hotel. Services were fast, at good quality and for reasonable price. Communication is very convenient through WhatsApp.

Location is good if you have a bike. It takes max 15min to go to the Ubud city center by bike. In exchange, you are in a calm area with only natural noises (insects, dogs, ducks, frogs).There are not so much restaurant and activities around, so consider to use a bike/car/taxi to go to Ubud city center. But anyway highly recommended!

We really loved our stay here - the villa was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations! The gardens have grown a lot since the photos advertised, so walking in was such a surprise as it was so colourful and vibrant. The staff were lovely, very friendly, helpful and attentive, and it was great being able to order their delicious food straight to the room.

We found the walls are quite thin so you can hear all outside noise at nights - mostly nature, but some nights noisier than others depending who’s around you.

Excellent villa with private pool. Really worth the money. You got all the Bali vibe. Very welcoming staff and helpful. Bathroom with open roof.

You are in the wild so be prepared to meet with a few animals, like mice, frogs, lizards etc. The breakfast has 4 basic choices , nothing special but enough to keep you until the next meal. The tub seemed to have some mold and we didn't use it.
