We came as a family for a week, everything was perfect.
The villa is beautiful , even lovlier than the photos.
Victor was an excellent communicator, everything was. clean, the pool was fantastic , it had a shallow end and steps leading down so perfect for our 3 year old granddaughter and was cleaned twice while we were there.
Only about 10 minutes walk to the Marina where there are lovely bars and restaurants.
We ate twice in Fontana and the food was lovely both times.
We would definitely return to this villa if it was available to book.
Cala n Bosch is a resort perfect for families and couples who like a quiet, relaxing holiday.

Location good
The HOST forgot we had booked a week stay, left us outside the villa stranded. The shuttle bus driver contacted VICTOR who informed him to use the key and he sent the key number over to open the door. Yet on his website it states that someone will be there to meet you on arrival. Several weeks before our holiday Victor asked us to send the €147 city tax by PayPal we supposed to give it to the person cash on our arrival. He did not inform us the there would be nobody there to meet us to give us access to the property. Sill waiting for an apology from him nothing but excuses.
We have been to Cala en Bosch several times and stayed in villas and our other villa hosts were excellent.

The Villa is in a great location with everything within 10 mins walk in quiet residential area. Villa was clean with everything you need with fantastic pool and rear garden. Facilities including air con, barbecue, sunbeds, appliances etc. Would highly recommend and communication was fine for any queries. Had a great holiday with my family thanks.

Villa Lauvic is in a great location, just a short walk to the marina. It’s spotlessly clean and has everything you need to prepare meals at home. There are plenty of chairs and loungers by the pool. The kids loved the pool and it was perfect to cool
off in for the adults too. Victor is a great host and there was excellent communication throughout.

Spotlessly clean and really well equipped with everything you would need - even beach umbrellas and a cool bag, great location close to the harbour for restaurants and local bus which takes you to the best beaches. The pool was perfect and the beds were very comfortable.

The villa was spacious, modern and clean. The facilities were good ( large fridge, oven/grill, microwave and all the mod cons for the kitchen . All bedrooms had air conditioning . Main living area had only a ceiling fan but if you opened the rear door and patio doors a lovely breeze came through most days . WiFi was available. Pool was a good size with plenty of sunbeds and towels provided for this area. Close to all amenities. Large supermarket within a couple of minutes walk. Bars and restaurants at the Marina 10mins max walk , as was the beautiful beach . All in all we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend.
The only negative thing I can say is , as there was no air con in the main living area , it was extremely hot unless all the doors were open downstairs allowing the breeze to come through the villa. This only really effected us first thing in the morning and occasionally in the evening.

Lovely villa, very well decorated and appointed. Great location, near to the beach, supermarket and the marina area of Cala n Bosch. The pool was great, perfect to cool off in. The kitchen had everything we needed and the big TV was perfect for the kids to have a break from the sun. Highly recommend this villa!

First impressions were great. It’s a really pretty villa, nice and secluded despite close neighbours and within easy walking distance of the marina and lovely bars, restaurants and shops. No car necessary, great public transport close by too.
The beds were uncomfortable. The master bed literally moved every time you move so restful sleep wasn’t possible.
