The staff were very helpful and kind. Also we got an upgrade of the room. The pool was very big and the spa was very clean.

The air-conditioning leaked at 5 at night. The average age(60's) was a bit old for us(30's). And the lift from reception didn't stop in our floor, it was working on the 1 and 3 but not 2.

This is a top property - everything was simply perfect. Very spacious apartment, spacious bathroom, full kitchen, amazing views. Everything top. The breakfast was abundant and super delicious and the dinner was amazing too. So tasty! The location is more than excellent, few minutes walk from the Port and restaurants. We really loved the place and recommend it. Very helpful and nice staff!

- Incredible Swimming Pool - Great location - Free parking spot - Spacious room (45sqm) and very nice terrace - 50% of the staff is nice, professional and welcoming - Special mentions to: (1) the massage therapist. Best deep tissue massage I had in the last 5 years (2) The bartender from the pool who’s always in a good mood and makes fantastic cocktails (3) Paola from reception whose welcoming, agreable and professional

- Mediocre Food (1) It smells and tastes like greasy food (2) 25mins wait for a club sandwich (3) Breakfast and dinner is a self service far from the standing expected from a 4 star hotel and for when you pay more than 200€/night - Some really unpleasant staff (1) “Why are you looking at me”? That’s how a staff member crisply adressed me when trying to catch her attention to pay the bill (2) Another staff member aggressively addressed my girlfriend because we didn’t warn her before taking our table at breakfast This is unacceptable and even more from a 4 star hotel - Management to be improved (1) No will to be arranging and to make a commercial gesture (2) Despite staying 7 days, they charged us full price for a breakfast the last day after we had cancelled the breakfast included formula

Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Facilities were excellent and the staff were very helpful, polite and friendly.

The air conditioning in our room was not working but as soon as it was reported action to remedy it was immediate

Great buffet breakfast. Staff exceptional esp Gema, Sergio and Augustin at the bistro/bar and Lucia at breakfast. Very clean everywhere. Great nightly entertainment. Lovely pool area, well kept gardens. Great location for the port with restaurants. Very comfy beds and AC great. Great hotel, would definitely recommend.

Had a late flight so out of the room at 12. They had a room to store the bags but weren't told there was a facility to shower after a hot day. Minor detail but would have been nice to know
