Everything was geared towards Italians. The entertainment was in Italian. Poor selection of all inclusive drinks.

Definitely the food of the all inclusive service was what my family and I liked the most, very tasty dishes and a bit of everything, the location with respect to the beach of cala'n bosch.

Some things in the aparment could be improved because they are already old, like the curtains, the bathroom door.

AmazIng staff, very friendly and helpful. We made friends with everybody. Food was exceptional! Variaty of meals throughout our 9 nights stay. Location is paradise, we didn’t expect it to be this beautiful. Transport through the island is very easy, bus stop right next to the hotel. It takes you to Ciutadella where you can catch a bus to the main south beaches of Menorca. We stayed in the aparthotel which by our taste is better because it’s more quiet than the main hotel. The rooms was very clean, I have never been to a hotel with such high standards of cleaning. Recommend 100%, definitely would come back.

The location was great right next to the the marina sea and only short taxi ride to the city. Staff on reception were great especially Jesus very helpful and polite and the younger lady although one women was always very moody but the other two made up for it. Lady at the apartment pools bar was always happy and smiling she has great customer service skills she was always smiling and happy to help to.

Clean stayed in room 309 in the apartments perfect views of the sea lovely to wake up to. Me and my partner would definitely return can’t go wrong with this hotel really. Food okay if you get bored plenty of nice restaurant near by that are great and reasonable.
