We had an excellent stay at this studio. The room was lovely, the view amazing, and the hosts were kind and super helpful. I highly recommend this property!

Great location, wonderful view, great hosts, great room. Would totally stay here again if ever in Miami. Only downside is that the restaurants and bars onsite at the hotel seem to be permanently closed even though they say it’s just under renovation. Who knows. So we just brought our own snacks and drinks by the pool, which probably ended up far more cost effective I guess. So maybe a win-win still.

Visiting for the weekend with my son- we enjoyed this cozy landing spot and couldn’t get enough of the balcony with the gorgeous view! The neighborhood was perfect for long walks in the morning and lively outing in the evening.

Everything was clean and prepared and the view off of the balcony was wonderful. There were plenty of good restaurants, shopping, and coffee nearby. The parking was a little difficult to figure out at first, but once done it was easy. We would stay again and recommend it.

What a fabulous location and wonderful condo to spend our Christmas Holiday in. The condo is located in an area that is easy to access all that Coconut Grove has to offer as well as the multiple sailing venues in the area. No need for a car. Our hosts were absolutely amazing at communicating from the time we booked the reservation through the time we checked out. Any problems we encountered, they made timely attempts to correct. They are true professionals in the VRBO business. Our family utilized the sofa as a sleeper for our son. He found it to be the most comfortable sleeper he’s ever sleep on. The coffee maker in the room, the dishes and the spacious dresser were nice bonuses for us. We did find the linen par rather low (1 set per guest plus 1 extra towel) for our 12 day stay, in which we planned no additional housekeeping services ( they offer the service for an additional fee). We used the coin operated washers to launder the bath towels once however found locating quarters a real challenge. Suggestion: if you’re in need of laundry services while on vacation, there is a wonderful Laundromat in the Grove that offers same day service. Al in all, I highly recommend this lovely condo. Great value for the money. Super attentive hosts.

We stayed for 9 nights at Joe and Debora's studio. Excellent location for touring the Miami and Coconut Grove area. Close to public transportation - Miami/Dade has fantastic free metrorail and trolley service that can get you to the major attractions. Don't miss the Vizcaya Museum and Garden! The studio is on the 21st floor and has a beautiful view of Biscayne Bay. The restaurant across the street provided wonderful jazz music on Friday and Saturday nights that we could hear from our balcony. Comfortable bed! Joe and Debora were easy to reach and quickly provided answers to any questions we had. A further note -- do not miss eating at the Jaguar restaurant, just around the corner! Thanks for a great visit to Coconut Grove and the surrounding area!1

Location was perfect. Local restaurants with excellent food. View was incredible and the host were superb.

The studio is comfortable, in a great location with a beautiful view and amenities. Cannot say enough about the owners! Never had an issue but they followed up several times to make sure we had all the information needed and everything was good. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Coconut Grove was great! Everything was in order and the property managers were quick to respond for questions and concerns. I would suggest this place for smaller families and for shorter stays, however, as the studio is equipped with a limited supply of toiletries. (We stayed for two weeks and had to buy the whole kit and kaboodle- toilet paper, paper towel, Kleenex, etc). Also it was difficult to keep clean for two whole weeks without a vacuum or a cleaning service. The Grove is very nice and child friendly! Would definitely recommend staying here for a relaxed and easy vacation.

This condo was fantastic. The location is absolutely perfect and the views spectacular. Owner and their management group were super responsive to any and all requests.

Great view of bay, short walk to Grove restaurants, etc., nice room at reasonable rate. Access to hotel pool and free parking big pluses. Biggest plus was helpfulness and easy accessibility of property manager.

The property is well located. It's about minutes by car from Miami Beach. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Joe and Deborah!

Clean, upscale, friendly

Everything was just as advertised. Beautiful views. Live music coming from the restaurants below. The hotel staff was wonderful. The only small issue was the availability of the pool and hot tub. both of which closes at sundown. I don't know about anyone else, but the evening is prime time for both to me. Would I stay there again? Absolutely!

Beautiful studio apartment in Coconut Grove with stunning views over Biscayne Bay. Great location in walking distance of shops and restaurants. Owners very accessible and responsive. Would book again and recommend to others!

THE ONLY THING WRONG WITH MY STAY WAS THAT I WAS THERE FOR WORK. THE VIEW IS EXACTLY AS THE PICTURE SHOWS. UNFORTUNATELY I COULD NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ALL OF THE SURROUNDINGS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF MY NIGHTLY WALKS ALONG BAYSHORE THRU THE MARINAS AND PARKS. THERE IS YOGA DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET IN THE PARK AND RESTURANTS & FRESH MARKET WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. JOE AND DEBORA WERE VERY ATTENTIVE AND WHILE I HAD NO REASON TO CONTACT THEM WHILE I WAS THERE, I AM CERTAIN THEY WOULD HAVE RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY. I WILL DEFINITELY RENT AGAIN.

Very comfortable stay. Loved the balcony and spent many hours looking out over the marina and park with our wine! Great to have fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Comfortable King size bed. Loved the pool at the Aria. Very relaxing vacation. We will return here soon!

The view was wonderful. The owner sent a very detailed information email. We ate breakfast at restaurant by the pool. This is a studio accommodation that was just perfect for my husband and myself. A parking pass was provided so we did not have to pay for parking in the building. If we visit again this is where we will stay

Reception staff are wonderful, room and view are outstanding. Wonderful property!

As in many other reviews of this property we found it to be just as described. Beds were comfortable, area has lots of restaurants, breakfast and evening wine on the balcony was spectacular.
