Beautiful Beachfront Condo, 3BR/3BA
Ce condo est situé dans un complexe calme, pas un gratte-ciel, et offre des caractéristiques uniques comme un plafond cathédrale (24 pi), salle de séjour ouverte, et deux balcons avec vue imprenable sur le golfe. Les intérieurs sont élégamment décorées avec des carreaux de céramique, mosaïques de marbre et des comptoirs en granit. Le condo peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes (1 lit king dans la chambre principale, 2 lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre, 2 lits jumeaux dans grenier; grand canapé-lit dans le salon). La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec appareils en acier inoxydable. La salle de bain principale dispose d'une baignoire jacuzzi. Les autres équipements comprennent laveuse et sécheuse; un accès Wi-Fi, écran LCD HDTV, service de câble et un lecteur DVD. La salle à manger comprend une zone de bar avec refroidisseur de vin. This is a great property ! Bay on one side and ocean on the other. There was a problem with housekeeping before we arrived but the owner took care of it right away ! One of our favorite places to stay!

Pros: excellent location, easy check in process, good communication with owner, plenty of space
Cons: The decor is outdated, but more than that the decor is not comfortable…In the main area the couch is fine, but the rest of the furniture is not very comfortable and the majority of seating appeared to be dining room chairs not comfortable seating.
There are only 8 towels and a few wash clots in the whole place so be prepared to wash towels a lot!
The coffee pot is a small 2 cup one and we had to make multiple pots each day just so the adults could have one small cup.
The master bath drains VERY slowly and would be hard to step down into for an older person.
We paid the most we’ve ever paid for this unit and while we loved the location, I feel like we paid a lot for a little…This could be an excellent unit with a little TLC (fresh paint, more comfortable seating, a bigger coffee pot, more towels, some beach supplies like chairs etc, a broom would have been nice)
Last but not least…This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at Palm Beach Club (altho first time in this unit) and BOTH times as we were unpacking the car an owner has felt the need to accost us for our parking. I’m talking within the first 15 minutes of arriving!! They are militant about staying behind some line and if you are over it by even a foot, be WARE!! There’s just a weird vibe like the owners who live there really are annoyed by renters…Like I said it’s has happened twice

Rented this location for two weeks for a family vacation. Had a great time. Great location. Overlooks the Gulf not the Bay. Emerald loveliness of the Gulf right in your face with no obstructions. No problems. You can walk across the street to the beach. Less crowded than other places. Balcony on first and second floor. Beds comfortable. Tastefully decorated. Fort Pickens is right down the road. Cool place to take the family. I recommend and will probably rent again.

We had a great stay. The location of the condo is superb, right on the beach, with fantastic views from the balconies. The condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth. We would stay there again.

It was great. Weather wasn't the best but still had plenty of beach time. Recommend this place. Three bedroom, 3 bath is a plus. Love the master suite. Relaxed in the Jacuzzi tub a couple times. 5 stars. We will definitely be back.

I gave this property pretty high ratings because it’s an awesome location with beautiful ocean views from the front, accessible to the living room and master. Easy access to the bay or the beautiful Pensacola Beach and gulf. I did not find the condo to be filthy. It was clean. Nice furniture, beautiful tile and granite throughout. However, I think the reviews about it not being clean are because the carpet on the stairs needs to be replaced. There’s definitely dirty walls & the baseboards are horrible, ceiling, fan in main living area is definitely filthy. It just needs a little TLC. They are just things that need to be updated, but what do you expect for such a great price?

The location was spectacular! The condo was ok-fridge was not keeping our food cold…sent email on Sunday and didn’t get a response til next day, Monday. Repairman was sent out and said needed a new refrigerator…one was brought Wednesday night and the person putting it in said it was damaged so it was taken away…Another one came Thursday night and was installed-had to call down so we could not use it until Friday morning!! We never got a call from house manager asking if it was ok…Never heard from him again-I would have expected an email from him with some money back for all of the inconvenience it caused. We had to buy coolers, ice daily and eat out more than we planned!!

Property was very spacious - had plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Great location, quick walk to gulf or sound side and many restaurants within a few miles. Was nice to be next to a beautiful state park and was perfect to watch Blue Angels practice from. Owner was very quick to communicate and made booking experience very easy. Will definitely return!!

Location and convenience of the condo was great. We made the best out of the week and ended up having a good time. Beds were clean. Fridge was new. For the most part furniture and appliances were either new or in good working condition. New paint in den.
Be aware this is an older condo which if updated is not a problem. While I believe the owner is trying to update parts of the condo, it was not clean when we got there. That is what we had issues with.
Contacted owner manager and only option was for us to leave and refund, which at that point was not an option for us due to our long trip.
Again, locationIs great and would be great overall had it been clean.

When we arrived, we were very disappointed that we were not overlooking the sound side of the property like the photos showed. The front door did not have a chain catch on it, so it immediately blew open and I thought it was going to break. The TV in the master bedroom never worked. The master bathroom did not have a shower curtain that would cover the sink side of the tub and I often flashed the beach side due to the curtain not covering the windows. The beds were comfortable.

We had a great week being together as a family. We enjoyed the location. We really enjoyed the Bay more than expected but it was wonderful when the surf was very strong. It was great to have both options. We loved the free trolley service, too! We will definitely come back to this location again. Host was very responsive when a minor repair was needed.

The balconies were closed and under construction. We had to keep the blinds closed because workmen on scaffolding were walking by the master bath, master bedroom and main living area. The owner did not inform us of the on going construction until after we had paid and it was too late to get a refund. The day before we were about to leave on our vacation, we received an email from the owner informing us that we would not be able to use the balconies because of ongoing construction. He said he had thought the work would be completed before we arrived, but it wasn’t. We had paid full price and couldn’t get a refund, so we went anyway. During our stay there we talked to other permanent residents in the condo building who told us that everyone in the condo knew that the work would be ongoing for some time. The owner promised us he would give us a refund, but it is now two weeks later and we have received nothing and heard nothing from the owner. There are other nice units to rent in this condo. I would be careful renting from this owner who deceived us about the condition of his property, took our money and has not kept his word about giving us a refund.

Myself and several friends selected this condo and couldn't be happier that we did. The condo is well stocked with all you would need. It is right across the street from very nice gazebos with charcoal grills. 2 beaches in walking distance. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any of our questions. The place was clean and slept 7 of us quite comfortably. Would definitely recommend and if ever staying in the area, will start with this one if it's available.

This place exceeded our expectations. The rates were less than similar in the area. It was very spacious and we all loved the breathtaking views this unit provided. Easy walk to both gulf beach & bay. My elderly mother and brother with knee problems both said using the stairs was a bit of a challenge but it was well worth it. They managed fine, even walking to the beaches. We look forward to visiting here again. Owner communication was prompt and provided helpful tips. We even got to see the blue angels performing. Perfect weather was an added bonus.

I’ve never taken the time to write a review on a property but this one just made me so disappointed I wanted to help other people. I love this location and complex! Beach views are awesome. However, this condo is dirty. Not much else to it. It needs some TLC to make it a worth the money.

Upon entering the condo we realized right away it had not been kept clean nor maintained. Many spots on walls needed spot cleaned Or repaired & painted, Stairway handrails, dirty & sticky - we cleaned & sanitized them immediately. Took all dishes, cups, glasses, cookware & silverware, utensils out of cupboards & drawers & immediately washed all of them. Lots of dust on floor corners, baseboards, etc. Leaking tub in the loft bathroom; shower ceiling In Lower two-bed bedroom had paint falling off shower ceiling - evidently from a leak above the shower. Vertical blinds in master bedroom need replaced Lights over wine bar counter not working. Towels & washcloths provided we’re old & some had stains on them. There were not any dishwasher tablets provided; we hand washed & dried all dishes, cups , glasses, silverware, etc. sofas & chairs were well used but okay. Placemats for dining room table were on a little table outside on the balcony & were dirty, stained & some mildew. Obviously we did not use them. If condo is deep cleaned & minor repairs/painting completed this would be a really nice condo. Layout was nice too

Wow, you get to enjoy the beautiful white sands at the ocean and bay. We enjoyed seeing the wildlife at both. The townhome is on the bay right across from the gulf, so you do have a great view of gulf. The townhome has a lot of stairs. I like the upgrades. It had everything we needed. However, it could use a paint refresh.

The location was great, but the lock system was a challenge. we had to get it to reset upon arrival. The tub was nice but would not stay full and the on switch for the jets is on a wall by the sink, which made it hard to get in and out without water spraying. It was still lovely and a great place for the grandkids.

Condo negative issues
The listing wasn't clear that the master bedroom was on the lower level and stairs had to be used to get to it. My wife has a difficult time climbing stairs and had issues with that. The cleanliness was the pits. We spent several hours cleaning before we felt like we could stay there. There was black mold in the air vents and on the mattress cover in the fold out couch. The floor under the couch was a mess, there was hair in a dresser drawer, stairs were filthy, there were left over liquor containers in the spice drawer, and the towels were a poor quality one of which had hair stuck on it. We washed all of the dishes and glassware before we used them. Didn't feel safe that they would be clean after looking at the rest of the condo. We felt that the bedding was not safe to sleep in so spent over $300 getting new pillows, pillow slips, blankets and towels. Sent text messages to the owner about all of this and did not get a response. However, we found the next day that someone came in and changed the couch mattress cover and cleaned under the couch and the dresser drawer. This was disturbing since we were not notified someone was coming into the condo. All of our valuables were not protected in anyway which we would have done if we knew someone was coming in to clean. If this is the quality of the condos and owners that you represent, we probably won't use your services again.

Great place with a reasonable price!
There was some repair work being done on the building from last year's storm damage but did not interfere in anyway with our stay. Great location for people watching as it is directly across from the public beach. There is chair and umbrella service that you can call and utilize as we did that are fairly reasonable. Uber rates are relatively low if you do not wish to drive. Evening trolley is free as well. Complex is literally the last complex before entering Ft Pickens Natl Seashore. I would recommend to a friend/friends for sure.

Cautionary Tale
We stayed here for an annual family trip to Pensacola Beach. For the high rental fee we paid, we expected a much nicer condo, but upon arrival, we found a pretty filthy place. The tile floors were sticky, the carpets dingy, the walls scuffed and dirty, the fans coated in dust, the vertical blinds had missing slats, and the bathrooms needed cleaning. I'm glad we didn't need to cook there because that would have been a challenge with so few pots, glasses and dishes. We didn't receive access information until I wrote and asked for it, and my reservation couldn't pulled up on VRBO. I asked the owner how we could get more towels, and we received NO response. We were terribly disappointed and will not stay here again.

Location is perfect... unit needs work
Location is awesome! Red flags? No worries the bay/sound is right behind you. Tons of restaurants and activities nearby. This unit is the 2nd one we have stayed at here at Palm Beach Club. This unit definitely needs some TLC and better cleaning. As soon as we entered there was a gross fish like trash smell that I could not get rid of the entire time we were there. The walls baseboards ceiling fans all had dust and debris on them throughout the condo. The trundle bed my son had to sleep in had dirt and dirty tissues in it so I had to strip it completely and wash everything before he even slept there. I messaged the owner about the lack of towels in the kitchen and other than a “sorry that happened I will look into it” I had no response. So of course didn’t bother mentioning anything else since I didn’t get a response on the first thing I inquired about. I should have took more notice of the recent reviews that also commented on the lack of cleanliness. Unless I see reviews that include better upkeep and cleaning we will not be staying at this unit again.

This property was nice. Balcony was small. Looked bigger in the picture. Beds were comfortable. We did not turn on any TV's, so I'm not sure about them. Kitchen was adequate. The location is great!
