the apartment was well equipped and in a good location. the pool was the best bit for us!

pillows and bed were not very comfortable causing pain and discomfort. the walk back up from Monaco was punishing in august heat! there are a lot of steps everywhere

I liked the property and the finishes

Could have had some reference to instruction manuals for oven / grill to hand and perhaps the TV plus separate radio

The apartment was very spacious and modern. The interiour and equipment were high class, everything was clean and new. It was very peaceful, not noise of any kind. The swimming pool was nice and usually we were the only people in the swimming pool area. The scenery was fantastic and the only thing to complain was that there could have been some kind of shop or supermaket a bit nearer.

The apartment was new and spotlessly clean. Communication was good and it was nice to be met on arrival.

The main issue was with the air conditioning. While the host followed up on a message to get the air con working, it was not functional for the entire stay. This meant the room was hot and airless (no fan option either) unless the patio doors were open and at night this proved problematic. I had only a choice to leave the doors open and be comfortable, but this was a security issue and the noise was not conducive to sleeping. Also, while there was peppermint tea in the room (appreciated) there was no black tea, milk and only two coffee pods. I did not have time to find the supermarket as I was working. A fully stocked tea and coffee facility would be appreciated. This is a studio apartment so be prepared to sleep on a fold out bed in the main room. There is no bedroom.
